    Initial thoughts after watching those highlights are still that the referee has mad a proper nightmare with the big decisions last night. Inverness’ penalty is very much in the ‘seen them given’ category without being clear cut. This is a bit mad, but they should then have a further three - all of them are 100% handball. Benedictus seems to be finding himself at the centre of a lot of these calls. That’s him had one given against him v Hearts and had two which should’ve been given against him last night, all in very similar circumstances. If these things “even themselves out over the season”, as many regularly suggest, we are going to be on the end of some shocking calls in the coming weeks.

    I would need to see it again to be totally sure, but at the time I thought yellow was the right decision; there was a covering defender. Inverness also had a very good shout for a penalty via a handball by Ross Matthews, then what I believe the highlights will show to be a complete stonewaller turned down when Benedictus handled it well above his head in the dying minutes of the game. Thought the ref had a bit of a mare to be honest.

    Yeah, that save from Thomson was absolutely incredible, I was utterly convinced Inverness had scored. Hendry was sublime at times, completely ran the show and was the best player on the pitch by a distance. Ethan Ross was very good, too. Duku is going to get a lot of goals if he stays fit, looks to be a superb find. Would make as many changes as possible for Saturday, even though there’s probably about 3 available.

    How the actual f**k have Inverness not been awarded a penalty for handball there? Just about the clearest penalty I’ve ever seen. Benedictus is holding his face but it absolutely did not hit his face. Referee has had a terrible game.

    We’ve not really offered anything second half other than a few wee chances towards the end here. Inverness probably deserve the win for their second half performance. Wish James Keatings would just f**k off tbh.

    Inverness have massively improved since the half, the ghost penalty award totally took the wind out our sails. Referee is being a bit of a picky w****r.

    Keatings surely approaching Scott Agnew levels of goals against us.

    What a very odd couple of minutes that was. 3-2 Inverness.

    Very strange penalty award to Inverness and Keatings get his customary goal against us. Even the Inverness players didn’t seem to know what it was for and had all made their way back the park.

    Almost certainly should’ve been an Inverness penalty there.

    That was absolutely fucking terrible. Regan Hendry is the penalty taker, why is he not taking them? Armstrong has been out POTY so far, but that was genuinely hilariously bad.

    Nando has Sutherland, but inexplicably drifts to the front post, where no one is, and Sutherland is free to nod it in.

    I make that 8 players missing for us, for various reasons. Even by our standards, that’s impressive.

    I heard it mentioned in commentary but didn’t actually see it. Happened in the far left corner as you look at the pitch from the south stand.

    Seventeenth consecutive 10k under my belt this morning. Those little niggles from earlier in the week have mostly gone, oddly enough. Just the ankle injury which, I don’t imagine, will be going anywhere soon; but I can handle that. Great feeling to get over half way and means I can really focus my energy on running down the days to the end.

    Yeah, doesn’t look great and probably confirms what I initially thought; that the red was for the tackle and not the perceived reaction.

    We’ve made it very hard for Morton. Ethan Ross and Dan Armstrong especially have been superb. As good as I’ve seen us this season.

    Why are the goals left round the pitch like they are? Get them up on the enclosure out the way, it looks awful.
