    There’s a definite lose-lose situation in the pipeline for the club. Do they make the league games £10 and, working on the assumption that no fans get in at all this season, short change their season ticket holders to the tune of £50, or do they make it £15 for a league game and potentially turn ‘PATG’ supporters away by pricing them out of it and lose potential revenue?

    Now we are a Championship club it’ll definitely be less easy to just say, “cannae stand in his way” when a Premiership club comes calling. If we have any aspirations of trying to make it there, as our chairman says we do, then not losing our players to teams in that league needs to be a priority.

    Early days I know, but I really think we’ve won a watch with Manny Duku. So, so fast in behind, wins a lot of headers and can hold it up. Looks a great find.

    Quite impressed overall by the Pixellot system, other than the fact that it loses the ball anytime it goes above it’s field of vision. Rovers have had a lot of the ball and a few chances, Matthews having a certain goal blocked at point blank range.

    Still no sign of Vaughan, Musounda or Spencer in today’s squad. Ugwu is also not included after being taken off injured early in the win v Stenny.

    I think that’s almost certainly the case, Vaughan himself spoke about it in an interview with Danny Denholm a few months ago.

    If I remember correctly, Baird was playing for basically free. The comment from the boy Messi Scott not being excited by Ugwu is... odd. Probably seen about 30 seconds of footage of him in a Rovers strip.

    Wow. Really was not expecting him to openly say, “please don’t boo players before they come on”. I think we have all underestimated the impact that us, the fans, had on Lewis Allan. I’m really, really ashamed of that whole episode. There’s still folk on twitter posting about his time at Stark’s Park. Something like this better never happen again. Has there ever been an apology to Lewis Allan, on here or otherwise? If not, then I’m sorry for what happened. It’s really bothered me to find out how much the actions of Rovers fans affected him. Time for some reflection for some, I think.
