Billy Reid was my choice this time last year and still think he would be a good option. Hamilton are essentially a model of what a small club can achieve, and he was the one that set up that success. Great experience at bringing through youth players and giving them a chance in the first team, which is a huge part of what the club are trying to do. He's currently assistant at Swedish side Ostensunds, and has been there since 2013 according to Wiki.

It's so hard for a club of our size to pin a good manager down for any length of time, as has been shown here. We're the perfect stepping stone club for a manager with a bit of ambition and quality, not quite top end of the Championship so one good season and you're off. I'd like to think that we'll be offering any incoming manager the same playing budget as was being offered to Ray.
