As a St Johnstone fan I would be happy to give all teams just the North Stand and the end of the Main stand.
Many stay away for these games now and the atmosphere at them is horrible.0 -
Wullie Broon some man.
Scored a lot of goals for us but a bit raw.

WAP is certainly getting less posts now and there seems no good chat.

If he leaves for Leicester then he is only doing it for the money as at Celtic he has the best and easiest job because what opposition do they really have because of their finances etc.
Probably last a year?0 -
Can anyone explain how the Daily Mail gives Bain a seven and Clark a six in their ratings?
Bain did well but Clark pulled out several tremendous saves.
Were they at the match?0 -
Goss is going to be a great signing when he gets up to full fitness. Some great passes but sort of fell out of the game a bit second half.
Thought we played really well today if we had taken one of our chances we could have got a result.
Must improve our corners.0 -
I just think that is a nasty move by McInnes and hope it is as big a success as Stevie May has been for them.

Mate sent is a link about it earlier. Kinda thought " aye very good not falling for that shite ".
He must be really good at interviews. Surely they just look at his record and think he is shite. This is a Carlisle who are just outside the play off spot.
Mental stuffWould be nice if he went there as they have a coach called Tommy Wright. Be like old times.

Its a bit meh, in they same way that I felt about JMac becoming manager.
A bit of a sensible signing, not like our usual 'ba's oot' signings. He praised Tommy Wright's style of signing at the weekend and as much as I would like us to be a steady Premiership team, I do not want us to be as dull as St Johnstone.
One positive is that it looks like he is wasting no time in getting the signings done.
How after watching us on Saturday can anyone say we are dull.
We are now very exciting to watch.
What you need to do is try and copy what we have done using all Scots,Irish and English players who get on and play for the badge and respect their manager.
You certainly need signings like Kennedy, Watt and Callaghan who were all available last summer.0 -
Bobby Brown was manager when I attended my first game.

Was really surprised that Nydam is so small coming from the English championship. We need a six foot plus replacement. Nothing against the lad.

Chris Kane when he comes on with 15 minutes to play really does a great job in my opinion. He seems full of energy.

Imagine how long they would have spent on that decision if it had been one or other of Celtic or Rangers.
Not to even show it was beyond belief.
This was the really the worst bad decision of the game.0 -
Well deserved.

Never mind you are only 17 ( seventeen ) points behind the top team in Tayside. Plenty time to catch up.

Loving all these old Muirton pics by the way. Been there a good few times. Favourite moment was a ball being cleared and ending up going straight into the ice cream van sitting at the top of the terracing. Whoever cleared it couldn't have got it through the wee window again if they'd kept trying until now.
Yes that was brilliant, remember it well1 -
I find the 4G in the main stand very very slow, does anyone else find this?
Game yesterday proves to me that Steven Anderson must be in the heart of that defence as he always gives 100% and is not afraid to put in a tackle. 18 goals lost so far is very poor and we must get back to being difficult to beat.0 -
The out of town situation of McDiarmid Park certainly is a contributing factor in our support. At Muirton it was a short walk from the centre of town and station even. Aberdeen will also be affected when they move out of the city.

St Johnstone never win a appeal either. Old firm well that's different.

In Mail on Sunday today quotes McCann talking about Tony Watt being a cheat. What did he do? He really tries to make people like him doesn't he.
Did he not see your centre back arms round Tony Watt every tackle?
That's not cheating?

Hope we see the Tony Watt as on the video and we will be a force to be reckoned with. Good luck Tony and welcome to saints.
