  1. Dani Garavelli was also lunching (lynching?) and this documentary was just a re-run of Garavelli's much heralded piece. It's a poor show if this is what passes as serious Scottish journalism.
  2. Wark is interviewing in a style that is assuming guilt. It's all very tabloid.
  3. Apologies, I had you down as a blowhard. I hadn't realised you are an expert in the details of the particular case, Joyce's history in this regard, the law and sentencing strategies in general.
  4. Yes. The courts are there to do their solemn work and I'd suggest that we leave them to it. They don't need the likes of you pitchforking in a mob hunting down pediatricians.
  5. I read some of the comments on that link and I don't think I'd ever wish to be associated with such a cohort. Why are you all Daily Mail on these matters? Why include the snp or the yes movement? Do any other PnBers resort to such creepy behaviour.
  6. Pray for all the Tories out on the grouse moors and they have shelter from the storms.
  7. She normally prefers to called Liz Smith and whilst she attempted to frame the question in general (quite remarkably the SQA are not required to show their workings), John Swinney used it to counter attack by pretending she was referring to this year in particular.
  8. Would a mention of playing in the hole be appropriate?
  9. I accept your apology. Furthermore, I'd be only too happy to help should you need some assistance in Scotland wide affairs xx
  10. Oh look, some news just in from a year ago. virginton not noticing hard enough again.
  11. Be so bold so as to explain? Their job is to provide support and positivity, all with an eye on the prize. Do all the ego driven politicking they like after, but before, it should be more about the old guys helping getting over 50. Unfortunately a significant cohort end up barking at the moon just like Ken Maginnis
  12. I would have thought it fairly obvious. Old men in blazers, for all of their past glories (and failures) aren't going to be positively decisive in winning the one future vote that counts. I rather think that they have great difficulty in coming to terms with that.
  13. It was only a day ago that a poster on this website compared the right sided midfielder Regan Charles-Cook with the left sided defender Lionel Djebi-Zadi. I can't help but wonder what helped to drive that particular thought process.
  14. I had a read of that and the linked thread from 13 (thirteen) years ago. Here in 2020, there are several who might wish to reflect upon their contributions.
  15. UR on the radio saying TV money, rather than gate receipts is the biggest income for Ross County. I wonder if there is another income stream that escaped his attention?
  16. This is indeed a terrible thing. That the highly trained team of professionals would seemingly fail to notice our border with a neighbouring country and forget to carry out impact assessments is a scandal. Thank goodness we have lone voices such as yourself beavering away in the wee small in the noble cause of righteous subjectivity.
  17. Three minutes in and ... boom... "Newsnat"! He reeks of establishment patriarchal entitlement and it was the undoing of him politically. Thank goodness his contemporary cohorts aren't falling into the same trap.
  18. The guy in the black hat is about to get a surprise from Elastigirl from the Incredibles
  19. I believe he's going to be a "strong, robust, united and effective partner" when it comes to Indy ref 2
  20. Michelle Ballantyne on BBC Scotland now. Oh my word!
