  1. Spending time with my kids, watching how well my kids are getting on with each other, getting out amongst nature every day, going for walks at sunset around the Southside and hearing nothing but birdsong, fresh air, exploring bits of the city I've never been to before, living 'slowly' with nothing in particular to rush around for, staying up late and having a drink without too much worry about having to get up early the next morning, not having loads of commitments to keep to, saving money, bike rides with hardly any traffic around. Probably other things too. There's a lot to miss, and I think it'll take me a while to transition out of it.

  4. There will be, but the official figures should allow us to compare the extent of things between days. My guess is that taking accounting for community cases would inflate the daily figures rather than push the peak back, but of course we really don’t know if that’s the case for sure.
  5. A wee bit of home-made analysis I did last night. Covid-19 figures for Scotland up to 13/4/20. Graphs show rolling 7-day averages to account for potential lower reporting at weekends, etc. Possibly close to a peak (or maybe a plateau)? (Raw data from Scottish Government figures and Travelling Tabby Scotland Coronavirus Tracker blog.)
  6. I’m trying to find a source for the day by day stats for Covid-19 in Scotland: cases and deaths. Can anyone point me in the direction of something reliable?
