Think it'd be pretty tight on the NXT fans who have been on board with the Gargano - Ciampa relationship all this time for them to not give them a payoff in that world; but then again, who knows what wwe might serve up. I don't think I've been so drawn in and invested in a character since I was a youngster watching Austin and Undertaker, than I am with Johnny Gargano (granted I started watching again at the tail-end of DB's rise). Got a total heart-on for the boy.

Can't really add much to what has already been said. NXT go nuclear on a major WWE event weekend. Gargano is the absolute boy, and I'm glad Almas was able to end that incredible match pretty cleanly while still getting Ciampa in there at the end. I was exhausted by the end of that. Guessing it'll be Black for Almas next, but what do they do with Cole?

I learned to teach in south west London and I couldn't believe the volume of denominational schools; all girl, all boy, all girl Catholic, all boy Catholic, etc. I worked and trained in a Catholic all-boys school...among the students I barely caught a whiff of sectarianism or bigotry (maybe misogyny though but that's another thing). At Governance level though? Had to be Roman Catholic to be Head.

What is this role and place in the union that you're content with, in your mind, out of curiosity? I'm not waiting in the wings to shoot it down, just interested.

Thanks for making my point for me. You claim the statistics have been abused but they compare an actual outcome (whether the data gathered is correct or not). The logical thing to do is to compare comparable data, not caveat a survey with bolt-ons to suit your own beliefs. Gather different data then. I can't believe this needs explained to the Chief P&B Splainer.

A few of the companies I've worked for either have had a supplementary waiver or a waiver in my contract itself to sign when joining (of the 48hr max). I don't know how prevalent that is but I think I just assumed it was notionally signed off on anyway.
