I think the concept has been grasped and had it's neck wrung. In this case the club is/was the company.

The club and it's legal entity are the one and same? Does that pass for approval. As far as Rangers are concerned, the club was the company that failed. St Johnstone FC ltd. Is the club and company. One and the same. The clues are in the words club and limited within the title and registration.

Maybe Sevco is a 'sleeper company', dormant for over a century until the founding father's message was passed down through the generations and finally created to assume the continuation of the original club's constitution. Green is a fucking Timelord.

I see where he's going with this. There are explicit rules covering solvent reconstruction within the SFA rulebook which might derail his jolly though.

It's the old company/club. The administrators don't give a damn about made-up ethereal 'clubs' etc.

He accepted a conditional membership in order to gut the remaining desperation, and cash, from Rangers supporters. Fair play to him, it's almost win-win.

These titles need scratched and left alone with a subtext serving as a reminder of the cheating for eternity.
