  3. I’m talking about the alleged incident outside the stadium after the game.
  4. I think it’s one of the boys who organise the displays who Ojo has went for. Had heard about it on Monday but assumed it was just arms and legs shite. Apparently not, interesting to see what comes of this. There was something in the air on Saturday, even before all the Ojo stuff kicked off. Saw a guy with his head burst open before the match and another huckled in the back of a police van. Some people really need to moderate their alcohol intake, giving us seasoned bevvy merchants a bad rep.
  5. 2007 Connect was one of my favourite festivals though the line-up was an absolute clashterfuck, have never forgiven myself for going to see the Go Team instead of Beastie Boys. I’m sure I saw Super Furry Animals and Echo and the Bunnymen though they’re not on that poster. Great to hear it’s back, please don’t f**k it up. *Pictish Trail and Stuart from Mogwai following the Twitter account interestingly. Also a Pavement tribute account getting my hopes up.
  6. It’s probably for the best that Aberdeen won’t be returning to Tannadice on league business this season. Hopefully the Dons have some closure come the next campaign.

Yeah I’ve been a bit underwhelmed so far this season but that was an incredible episode. Tom and Greg in the diner talking about prison is the funniest scene of the new run, a return to form. Really beginning to warm to Tom too.
  8. Louis Appéré. Tres bien. Up front instead of Clark next week please. Merci.
  9. Routine win over bottom six fodder. Appointed Stephen Glass as manager. Nae luck, loons. Enjoy.
  10. Mark Jackson man of the match for me, turned the game. Sorry about your impending lifetime ban mate.
  11. She came to my school in the ‘90s pretending to be a pop star as part of some Roger Cook programme investigating the murky side of the music industry. I vividly remember those chebs.
  12. I thought we would have been better sticking with it after we scored the second, maybe give it ten minutes or so and then bring on Biamou. But guessing he was already stripped to come on? We didn’t quite get the shift in momentum you usually get when you score, with the players adjusting to a different formation. Defence looked even more exposed with one less in midfield. Hindsight of course. Problem we seem to have is our strikers are all very similar. Could do with someone with a bit more physicality who can hold up the ball better and let Nisksanen and Pawlett get further up the park.
  13. Well beaten in the end. Far too open at the back and some of our best players weren’t at it, Fuchs in particular was poor by his own standards. Impressed with Hearts again, struggled to deal with their pressing and pace up front, Neilson got it spot on.
  14. Lucky to still be in this. They’ve roasted us on our left hand side, McMann’s had a nightmare.
  15. Not sure if he was ever hyped as such but Ian Ferguson picked up f**k only knows how many trophies at Rangers and a few Scotland caps and was bang average at best. Also appeared to be a despicable human being too.
  16. Trying to buy tickets for Tynecastle, final batch went on sale at 10am but showing as 'no events available'. Did they go on sale and gone already?
  17. Think that stand holds 1100 (though may be wrong) and it wasn’t full. Attendance was 7500 about 1000 up from game with Ross County who had about 100.
  18. I’d guess about 800-900. Wee posse of boys in matching black puffer jackets in the corner were throwing stuff at United players, looked like paper cups from where I was sitting. One of said squad was lifted for running on the pitch after you scored. Was hardly Heysel. Weird game. Hope Tam has learned not to f**k about with something when it’s working. McMann and Niskanen have formed a good relationship on the left. Aperre spent most of the first half just sort of getting in the way. Missed Pawlett too. Second half we were excellent, Shankland up front we win that game. Can only applaud Zander Clark, one of the best individual performances I’ve seen at Tannadice in years.
  19. Oh aye, jeez. Had it in my head he was with us during the Fundesliga years but of course he was Mixu’s great white hope. As good as Pedersen, Oloffson and Zetterlund were the ones that followed were almost comically shite. Marklund, Anderson, Wirmola, Tengsted. I’ll give Skoldmark a pass for effort and a goal against Dundee. Siggi would have perhaps been the best of all of them had his knees not been reconstructed with weetabix.
  20. I’m genuinely struggling to work out who that is which tells its own story.
