When Zinchenko is as poor as this going forward then the gamble to play him at the back isn't worth it.

I don’t really understand what’s going on with Zinchenko this season - he’s been dreadful

  2. The question with Man United isn’t who they should get rid of, it’s who they should keep.  In that lineup, I’d keep Varane and Garnacho (arguably as a sub).   From the bench I’d keep McTominay.  Of the injured players I’d keep Casemiro and Lisandro Martinez.

They just need to start again and build some sort of team.

ETA Id keep Rashford as well, but not as a first choice starter.

The Stadium Company last season had a First Communion in the ground at the same time as our Play Off game versus Alloa ffs.😂😂

A surreal atmosphere ensued with  Rave Music blaring out at the same time  as we were protesting against the  Old Board and it got worse as some of the bladdered Patrons at the aforementioned event had a tet-a-tet with fans in Section A who took offence at these Old Firm clowns castigating their local team.

    That’s quite something!

You need to remember we are in league 1 and he's got a better standard of players than the stuff we had in the championship and even some of the stuff in the premiership. Alloa on Saturday imo was abysmal and at times we were lucky not to lose. Rankin then goes and brings Hewitt and Tait on and leaves our top goal scorer in the league and arguably our best player on the bench. QOTS the week before as I've  said before was our best performance of the season and everyone deserves credit for that. Annan Away I thought the majority of the players were excellent but again Rankin's changes nearly cost us the game bringing Mumbongo on which was like playing with 9 men with already having the sending off. Hewitt should have never of came on either and he brought Marley on for his first game in months which was also a bad decision players deserve credit for that game but if that Annan strike in the 95th minute which hit the post goes in it's a completely different story. Kelty was abysmal everything about that game was abysmal. Raith the week before was also pretty poor and Rankin should have subbed O'Brien on the second Kilday got sent instead of waiting until we go another 2 goals down then he goes and chucks 4 subs on at once but I will be nice and give him the benfit of the doubt as Raith are a very good team I've watched them a couple of times since that game and they have impressed me. Stirling 5-0 we were decent however I think a big part of that game was due to how knackered and done the Stirling players were. Cove 1-0 again was a big part due to Rankin bringing Stephen Hendrie on for Connor Murray when we were going for a goal will never make sense to me we concede the goal a couple of minutes later due to that sub. Not to mention that we also drew to Edinburgh City at Home a couple of weeks before as well. I think we've got a lot to be positive at the minute at the club the new owner has made a great start at getting fans back on the clubs side and we've had the best summer transfer window in years. I just have no faith that Rankin is the man to lead it and a lot of the decisions he's made in the past 18 months backs that up. I would love to be proved wrong and he ends up getting us promoted this season I just highly doubt that will be the case.

James Joyce eat your heart out.

  5. I’m glad we won for many reasons, but mostly so the criticism of the ref doesn’t come off as sour grapes.

That was beyond doubt the worst, most biased, pathetic, incompetent display of refereeing I have ever seen.  8 yellow cards in a game with no real tackles to speak of was crazy.  Just astonishingly bad.  As in, write to the SFA to complain, should never referee again levels of bad.

Tidser decided to take advantage of it with the players going down at the slightest touch and whinging to the ref at every opportunity.

I thought Nesbitt was fantastic today, he should have got MotM for me.

Regurgitating the same old stuff? No. Criticising the BOD FSS - no. My concerns is that we seem to have no plan B. I genuinely fear/worry that failure to gain promotion will see massive changes at how we as a football club operate.

Do you expect them to sell FSS with “can we have some money please?  No worries if not, we’ve got other plans”.  Not exactly going to have people flocking in, is it?

Jamie Swinney shouldn't use his personal social media to cover club business.

I don't follow him on twitter (but I do follow the official FFC account) and the helpful explanation on his personal account which I've found here via P&B should have appeared on the clubs account.

Bottom line today is that Stenny got their game on 3 miles away and we didn't - that's embarrassing and potentially damaging to the clubs season (if we make it to the SPFL Trust Final and get a decent Scottish Cup run we'll have umpteen midweek games and that's before any other bad weather).  I'd expect an explanation from the club.

As a slight aside as part of my day job I act as an independent grievance adjudicator for one of the UKs biggest employers.  Id estimate that around 3/4 of the cases I'm involved in relate to people inappropriately commenting on their employers business via their own personal social media.  Its an uncontrolled accident waiting to happen in any walk of life and I thought the current Board (who strike me as pretty clued up and professional generally) would have knocked this on the head long before now.

Holy shit you really are a miserable twat.

Bear in mind Cove have to travel so I imagine the inspection has to be done before they leave. We arrive at an away ground 1h 45 before kick off so they'll probably be arriving 1315. Two and a half hours travel means they'll likely be leaving 1045, so a 1000 inspection time is probably about right.

That’s why I said I can understand it.  Annoying though.
