He's an armchair fan. Part time supporter. you know the one... sat there in the office or in the pub and called your team a diddy team, asked you who yer big team is. got right into the office debate when there was a game between the two of them. gloated like fck when rangers won a trophy... called the league cup a diddy cup... unless they won it.... and resorted to ch*** ab*** jibes at celtic fans if rangers lost a trophy to them. a 90 minute bigot, cause that was ok. basically he's as bad as every other fan of that team. but at least they are gone, their history has gone, what ever becomes of them will be the least successful team in the world. and if they do decide to live within their means, they will never get anywhere near to the success they had.

I'm sure there was a statement earlier from Sky saying they won't walk away from the SPL and may renegotiate a deal without rangers in the league. If the newco is allowed into the 3rd division, does anyone think Sky might offer a 3 or 4 year deal to the SFL to show Div1/2/3 games live and highlights packages? On an other note, Keevins was bleating about the death of Scottish football tonight and that no one will be interested in Celtic winning the league by 20 points every year with no rangers to compete with them. Of course, he completely forgot that the only way rangers have been able to compete with celtic for the last 25 years was to cheat, to dodge tax, for Murray to have a bottomless loan policy with the bank. Without any of that, they would never have been able to compete. They would have been on a par with the rest.

That will be the aftermath. i'll take that as the wean's first birthday present.

Worst case scenario for me, they end up in Div 3. Best case scenario, they die for ever. My wean is due to be born on the 12th of July, and there is nothing i would love more, than to introduce them to a world, and life, without Rangers in it!
