Does anyone really believe that whatever happens we'll not be painted as the ones in the wrong here?
We are currently sandwiched between sheer incompetence from the SPFL, a thick as f**k and corrupt media and OF conspiracies. Of course we'll be the ones to look bad here.

Rangers fans have resorted to finding John Nelms son on FB/Twitter.
Fucking hell.

I hope UEFA expel Dundee from football for 10 years for this. Wouldn't be playing these games then would they.

Ok why don’t you let me know what happened.
We can agree the form was signed.
Was it sent by an official of Dundee FC?
My understanding is that it apparently arrived but was delayed and in the meantime Dundee realised it was effectively a casting vote and thus an opportunity to influence events “for the greater good of Scottish Football”.Read the post I was originally replying to which was Renton's. I'm not saying that.

This picture any better for determining his watch?

Not really, I just dont understand why people are trying to claim the vote was never meant to be sent.
I'm not. Someone suggested that it could be argued that way if Partick Thistle took it to court.
BishopBriggs is in some right ol' state.

What would he do if he suddenly decided to lean other way?
You don't fill in a voting paper on a such an important issue unless you are absolutely sure which way you are going to vote!
Yep until:

Why would he sign it if he didnt want it sent?
The whole thing makes it look like your management is a complete mess.
You can easily imagine Nelms making his vote and telling Drysdale when to send it. Then your actual owner gets told, and doesnt want to vote until hes heard the whole situation. Nelms then cuts out Drysdale and directly contacts the SPFL to his the vote that hasnt even been sent yet.
This whole delay is probably just an internal cat fight.
Is this your latest attempt to stick the boot in? Mind and no f**k it up this time.

But it was sent surely or is that something else Dundee have made up?I don't think you're following this conversation tbh.

Why sign it then?
Because he might have been leaning that way. It's only a bit of paper. Could have signed about a half dozen of them if he wanted. It only gains importance once it's sent.

Surely it was sent though?Aye, but Nelms might not have wanted it sent at all.

What loop was he out of?
John Nelms signed a piece of paper confirming Dundee wanted to vote no.
The loop of whether or not to send it. Fairly simple stuff.

The real sneaky b*****ds are clubs who go into administration twice to escape their debts.

‘Fan’tastic
The fan group has fired a rebuttal. Could get messy. Speaking as a neutral, it's not the time for this. As a Dee, file it into my ever growing things you love to see file.

Not if the SPFL asks them to vote within 2 days rather than the usual 28 days.
Key words being, 'IF POSSIBLE' which as in my quotation, was put in block capitals.

This is all very Dundee during the Scot Gardiner era. Question is, who's the one with the over inflated ego, Ogren or head of the fans group?

So did your club vote No as agreed with, and copied to, PTFC and ICT?
Did your club ask for that vote to be considered as not cast?
If so, how would you describe such behaviour?
Why did your club create a group chat for clubs that were voting no?
Sneaky b*****ds deserve all you get IMO.

Not allowing the SPFL to relegate us with a quarter of the season left.
Your club has behaved appallingly.
They really, really haven't.

Fair enough.
If the SPFL accepts a changed Yes vote from Dundee, our Board can appeal to UEFA and all the way up to the Court of Arbitration in Sport. Or it can challenge the resolution in the civil courts. All that will probably take much longer than 28 days. The SPFL would be mad to press ahead with its ridiculous plan but nothing would surprise me.
Thinking about Scottish football right enough.

I'm just hoping for Dundee United to come out with a statement which has a finely veiled swipe at Dundee, would spice things up to the next level
They're too busy arguing with fan groups at the moment.
