  1. Thought you meant Dundee. Then I read this If Saints don't have a game I might come and support Albion. If it's a poor game I can always look at the surrounding scenery instead - can't do that at McDiarmid!
  2. Only last season many of you were saying how dire we were to watch, as you proceeded to beat us fairly easily. Today was the worst Dundee I've seen for many a year, worse than Kilmarnock looked last week. They at least scored with their one chance and we couldn't get back into it which, if your number 19 had taken his, could have happened today again. I thought the Dundee team looked reasonable on paper, but it was an easy win for us in the end, despite giving a late penalty away to concede a goal which spoiled the game for me. I'm not convinced Hartley is the man to get Dundee out of trouble. Play off with United could be fun though?
  3. As an add on to my earlier post, I ensured through abuse that none of my kids supported OF teams. This involved booting them up the backside, smashing a mug, taking a top back to the shop for a refund as an alternative to just burning it, and various other acts of discipline. It worked though, and I'd do it again, childline or no.
  4. From around 7 or 8 to 13 I supported Celtic. I attended a catholic school. When I was 13 I switched to rangers (they were winning trebles then) and I used to get the train through to Glasgow for home games. Remember the pre-season competitions between teams like Rangers, Man City, Southampton and Partick Thistle. I recall going to school football training on the public park in Perth wearing a Rangers strip and getting called in to the headmaster's office next day and being told I wouldn't be representing the school wearing 'that article.' When I was 15 or 16 wee Hodgie (of Stanley fame, wee Perthshire shithole village) converted to St Johnstone and I followed after that. Haven't changed since. Haven't thought of it. Never will. Can't stand the OF.
  5. I commented on that. If the council ran Saints we'd be going down with the East Stirlingshire. Idiot council.
  6. Well the rest of us should be ashamed. None of us had a forty year old in our sides so celtic could prepare properly. Shame!
  7. Certainly is. Perhaps she is the mother of the 'Celtic family'?
  8. I've had the same experience myself.Pathetic. Run by idiots. One recent season we played at least one match on each one of the seven days of the week. Ridiculous,
  9. McLean will develop well at Aberdeen. Better than going south like Fyvie. After Saturday it's next season the Dons have to look to, as I reckon this league title is beyond the current squad.
  10. Not true. On 4/1/14 Hibs were 2 points ahead of us after both played 20 matches (27 & 25 points). On 5/1/14 it was a 3 point lead for Hibs. On 11/1/14 we were level on 28 each. On 22/2/14 we were again level. By 31/3/14 we were 11 points ahead. Hibs competed well with Saints for a good while.
  11. It could be decided by an inch either side of a post or bar, or even a centimetre!
  12. What's a ticket and how do you count it? I think the clubs have attended a ticket counting course at the SFA!
  13. Don't forget the £40k to Saints. All these £40k's add up.
  14. Likewise me but following St Johnstone. Despite all that nonsense over a certain player, I'm not boycotting one of my favourite away grounds.
  15. Seen the ad on Livi's web site? Debt problems? Want to know if you can wipe out all the debt you can't afford? Take the 30 second test. How apt. Someone's got a sense of humour or the company are very clever.
