The whole toilet seat up/down debate.
If she'd rather take the risk of me pishing on the seat then that's fine.
I hardly think it's inconsiderate to put the seat up and down as required.

I got a hair cut today, first time since about April.
Culture shock to be so cold on the old napper, had to buy a hat it was that cold. Not amused.

Stunned to see Crosshill mentioned? Been there umpteen times and I think it's a particularly nice area actually. Mount Florida, Queen's & King's Park likewise. Old build tenements give it a bit of charm I think. Not to mention it's vicinity to Hampden, the hub of Scottish football. Good pubs, good amenities, people seem decent?
Got my hills mixed up, Govanhell is the one.

Joyful.

I've been caught out by that before at Central, went for the last train and found the side doors shut, and with the train being the low level, I'd have no chance to make it, especially after a few drinks.
The £30 taxi that resulted was a bitch.

I saw them at Moshulu a few weeks back. Pretty good but thought We Were Promised Jetpacks who were supporting them were even better.
We Were Promised Jetpacks had good music, but shit lyrics.
Anyway, a random day today, saw my mates band at George Square and immediately after them out comes COOLIO! Incredibly and awesomely good.
Then up to see the Streets, what a gig. Crowd was electric and Skinner is just brilliant at milking the crowd.

Is death petty? It gets on my nerves anyway, heard this morning that my aunt died suddenly, from a blood clot or something.
Shite news.

Catching a cold has nothing to do with cold weather.
I was a bit sniffy and sneezy on thursday but it passed in about 10 minutes.
I've been suffering pretty much the last week.
It sucks.

Old people at cashlines.
I GUARANTEE you it's a three stage operation.
- Card in. Avoid the "check on screen balance" button and proceed directly to "print mini statement" button. Take staement and absolutely avoid the "carry out another transaction" button and press cancel.
- Scrutinise the mini statement with your feeble eyesight ensuring that your available balance is checked, double checked and if your wife/husband (assuming they are still alive) is with you get them to double check it.
- Re-enter your card and withdraw £10. Of course. Because you always wanted money didn't you???
b*****dS......................
Have you ever encountered step 4: Re-enter your card and take another mini statement/printed balance.
Because subtracting 10 is so difficult.

The post office round the corner from me doesn't do the check and send service, so took a wander up to Cathcart office.
Not a moan that, but the fact that the moment I got out the close the heavens opened and started pissing on me, and didn;t relent till I got back in, thus soaking me to the skin and then clearing up (relatively) as if to wind me up.

Public transport and organisation at major events.
We were informed that the last train yesterday from Balloch to Glasgow was at 2209, turns out there was ones after half 10.
This contrary to the info on posters and being handed out by Scotrail staff.

Believe me, I do have a good aim, but there are times when it can stray, unbeknownst to myself.
Just off the nightshift and still can't bloody sleep
