My favourite road to cycle in the Glasgow area! It's always windy towards Ayrshire - usually a south westerly.

I've got the Fulcrum 7's on one bike and they're a decent set and can cope with rough roads. The RS11's are ok too, they make a slight whirring noise which is strange at first! Overall, I prefer the 7's.

It's a great idea. Most major European cities have them and it's a great way to see the place. The success of the scheme in Paris is good; not only tourists, but people in business dress, old ladies and girls in dresses use it. You can even do the last stage of the Tour de France, although the Arc de Triumph is a bit hairy! I don't suppose you know how or when it happened? It can range from a big pothole, bad luck or you being too heavy, so tricky to get an exact cause. It's fine to cycle with a broken spoke so long as there's no rubbing and you secure the broken one. I did Pedal for Scotland once with a broken spoke after 20 km!

Brilliant. Any Strava links for this? If you mean the front chainrings then it's not too hard but you will need to buy the correct tools first.

The red Triban 3 is a great bike for the price. The only downsides are the wheels - the bearings tend to go very quickly.

I went to the arsenal game last weekend and got a ticket on the morning of the game. I just googled arsenal tickets and there were some on Craigslist. Mind you it was 90 quid for a north bank ticket!! And that was the cheapest. Great stadium though.

That average is easy on a road bike providing there is no head wind. (And you are fit!). Regarding your waterproofs, you should look into some tights. They're not (always) completely waterproof but they'll keep your legs warm.
