  1. I get the untold misery the day after, but I still enjoy myself at the time
  2. He was one who when in possession and when not under pressure gave the appearance of an assured and confident creative midfielder, but when closed down or forced to harry for the ball he was hopeless and simply didn't try. After his first few games in midfield Adamson moved him out to the right wing to try and get a response from him, but he was just as unwilling to work out wide. It was the right decision to send him back to the diddies from whence he came.
  3. Knew I wasn't off my rocker. f**k you, Moonster. f**k you. Graham Wilson was a strange one, apparently we beat several other senior clubs to his signing (Stenny from memory was one of them) and gave him a 2 year deal. Played two games and looked decent enough, then vanished after that. Odd.
  4. .Was he a young(ish), left back with short cropped fair hair?
  5. It wasn't either of them, I remember them both. He was a left back and played in the first few months of the season, got injured and didn't get back into the team again thereafter. I remember when the chairman was handing out the medals on the park at Annan he gave one to this boy and I remember thinking "I'd forgotten he was even at the club". Possibly Robert something? Richie McKillen looked a decent prospect, I hear he's quite rated in the Junior game. Did McAnespie actually turn out for us at left full back? I remember him playing central midfield and being awful.
  6. What was the name of the boy who started 08/09 as first choice left back, then got an injury and couldn't get his place back after it? And did he come from Albion Rovers?
  7. That's a nice bit of revision you've gone and thought up. Well done. The master of your ludge will be proud.
  8. I work as a baton wielding hired thug on behalf of the ruling wealthy minority. Oh, no, wait...
  9. In case you missed it, your "extreme" comments were that the guilty (which you've assumed these people are) deserve to die. You then revised this to "the stupid deserve to die" by way of trying to appear less bloodthirsty. The fact that you're also a member of a brotherhood who delight in (oftentimes literally) brutalising the underclasses whilst wagging your collective tail for your rich masters means that such views are expected of you and you didn't disappoint.
  10. That attempted explanation isn't any better. It comes as absolutely no surprise to me that a police officer harbours extreme views.
  11. Correct, we've hardly been short on luck. What's with this lad? Claims to support us but doesn't know anything about us and wants us merged with Morton.
  12. We never have a 13, even before squad numbers we would always skip 13 in the matchday numbering.
  13. They fucking did the last time I was in, though that was probably me and Smurph's own fault for buying four bottles of beer and then taking off out the door with them to drink them on the train, with the barmaid in tow shouting about losing their licence
  14. I've never been a fan of the Stags but I only continued to use the stadium bar out of convenience. By the sound of things it's time to give the Stags another go.
  15. He is still a Blade though, he's only on loan to Dumbarton
  16. I'd be happy enough with Linton starting in midfield beside Turner. If Tina doesn't make it then I'd go Fleming & Linton in the middle with Meg Mitchenson partnering Prunty or Kevin Smith up front.
  17. Never heard of him, but let me just say "He'll no dae! Murray out!"
  18. It's a look that says "I'm gonnae put you in the stand, son".
  19. Doesn't look that attractive to me, if anything he looks a wee bit stone faced, but I'm not one to judge what a person is attracted to. Live and let live. Welcome to the club, Aaron!
  20. I, for one, haven't slept a wink for worrying about these dilemmas.
  21. Whoops, forget my post then. I don't get a Lennox up here in the big smoke you see. As you were.
