If you're on a diet, cut portion sizes in half. That means you can then eat twice as much.

The mindset of this Celtic manager is to try to win every game we play regardless of the opposition, the mindset is cup football.
The chances Celtic had in the game to get the second were decent but Motherwell played their part by having the out ball in Van Veen to also push for a second nothing to do with resources in a one off game, resources over a season yes.So if we treated every game as a one off game we could win the league?
Add this to simply trying harder and the diddies will be simply unstoppable next season.

My wife had family up from England this weekend who went to the game yesterday and we're taking about how buzzing they were to be sitting in with the "Green Brigade".
Caught up with them last night and took great delight in hearing about how their experience was ruined by Motherwell and their time wasting. I made no apologies for revelling in the fact they had a shite day.

I started watching Spanish football in the early 00s when Valencia and Deportivo La Coruna were both amongst the best teams in the country. Mental to think they could both be playing in the lower leagues next season (well down the lower leagues in Deportivo's case).

If Johnston is away I'd be offering SOD a new deal. Feel like he's much more suited to our current system than whatever Alexander and Hammell were asking him to do.

In an ideal world Lamie and Mugabi are both out the door in the summer. It's just a case of finding someone who'll take them (St Mirren).

That montage was one of the most cringey things I've ever seen.

Real Madrid v Chelsea
Inter Milan v Benfica
Man City v Bayern Munich
AC Milan v Napoli1 v 3 and 2 v 4 in the Semis. If the bald fraud is to win it, you would imagine he'll have overcome Bayern, Real and Napoli. A tremendously difficult run which would tbh, some achievement.
On the other side, Napoli probably couldn't have asked for better. Lets have them winning it please.
Would be good to see 1 of Napoli, Inter, AC Milan or Benfica winning it but I think the only one with half a chance would be Napoli and I imagine they'll be more focused on getting the Serie A title over the line.
Can't see Chelsea beating Real Madrid. Bayern v City should be interesting but I suspect City might sneak it (hopefully not though).

Why does the co-commentator for this sound like he's in the toilet?

If it was me I would buy a Mazda 3 over a Corolla every time. Depends on how you view cars. I like them to be fun or at least engaging to drive. That's where the Corolla falls down for me it's as dull as dishwater to drive. All Mazdas seem to be better driver's cars. Also, nowadays Mazda are just as reliable as Toyota and often cheaper to repair. The clincher for me is the quality of the interior of the Mazda. If you are going to be spending a lot of time per day in your car. The Mazda is a far nicer place to be. With some notable exceptions, Toyota are the masters of mediocrity for me.
Agreed. Mazdas are lovely these days, inside and out. In saying that, the the Corolla in GR Sport trim is a smart looking thing.
Only thing is a Mazda 3 won't be as economical as a Corolla. The Corolla will be a hybrid whereas I don't think the Mazda 3 (certainly the later model anyway) comes with anything other than a 2 litre petrol engine.

This is a Liverpool team who were destroyed by Real Madrid who were beaten by Barcelona who were beaten by Man United.
Football is weird sometimes.

Sticking my neck out here but from watching this performance from Dundee United, I don't think we'll finish bottom.

This was the weirdest part of that video for me.
People support who they support. Often brought up to support them, rightly or wrongly. For the right reasons or not.
I just found the scarf in the pub thing really strange. tried to justify it but I just couldn't.
I did see a Motherwell fan have a go at not "supporting yer local team" only to be bodied as he didn't come from Motherwell and hit out with all the excuses right out the OF handbook.Aye I saw that as well. Bit of a rid neck.
People are entitled to support who they want regardless of where they come from but Rangers and Celtic fans (especially those not from Glasgow) only support them because -
1. They're bigots.
2. They're glory hunters trying to compensate for being losers in everyday life.
For what it's worth, the pub in that video is actually half decent when it's not crawling with saddo Celtic fans.

I think they should go for Stevie Hammell.
