Seem to have been forgotten that not long after Rangers died the SPL rejigged the prize money. They took a wad of cash away from the team in second and distributed it to the other positions in the league. If we keep picking on Utd, they would got more prize money without Rangers in the league than they would have if they had survived.

Does the judge\justice not want to hear this case or is he just giving SD an appeal point? why come out with this before the actual hearing? sure reads like he had made his mind up before hearing the evidence.

it was a while ago so i apologise in advance if i am wrong but I'm sure there were reports going round that HMRC kept fighting this case not only because it was the right thing to do but they wanted to set a legal precedent because there was a fair few bigger companies they wanted to go after.

for my first season i am relatively happy. Done a lot better than i thought i would do.
