Through my work i get access to Bupa and in Edinburgh they have the 2 Spire hospitals that are their own with their own staff. The doctors / consultants do split their time between NHS and private.
I can only speak to our circumstances and when we were trying to conceive my wife was told by her NHS doctor that she could have a 'tumor' and that she could join the waiting list to be seen. We made the decision to go private right away and had a diagnosis and treatment, and had conceived all before the first NHS letter came in to say come for a chat. Took about 6 months. Imagine leaving someone for 6 months thinking they had a serious issue like a brain tumor. I am just thankful i could afford it.
The NHS needs to get back to its roots, being a service for people who are genuinely ill, not some influencer who has a wonky nose and feels depressed about it. for the amount of money it gets there has to be some amount of wastage.

I didn’t mind Gordon last year and I was happy they resigned him this year, at a massive discount, but he has been very poor the last few weeks. Williams is the future and should be used a lot more.

Since we play Sunday night, The Tavern will have a fair amount of different games during the day, but not sure on Red Zone. Shoal Creek Saloon is more Cajun-style food, can't recall on the wings, but it'll obviously have the NO game.
Worst-case scenario you can always go to a Pluckers, which has about as chain-sports-bar-a-feel as you can get, but will have everything needed football-wise.
I’m heading to the saloon for the Saints game and I’ve found the broncos Austin group so I’m off to lavaca for the bronco’s game. Just need redzone for the early games.2 -

Let me know if you liked Austin. We’ve been once, and really enjoyed it. The BBQ restaurants were outstanding, as was the steak we had in Vince Young’s Steakhouse. Are you going down at dusk to ‘bat bridge’ to join the locals waiting for the bats to emerge from under the bridge and swoop in huge numbers around the bridge? We went down, never saw a single fcuking bat emerge from their lair, but fair enjoyed the beers and the chat with those around us. Fcuking bats. [emoji2]
This is my third all expenses paid trip. Our head office is out here so I’m out for a week of meetings and freebies. Got the longhorns game on Saturday and then a sports bar all Sunday long before a week of meetings!
Fogo da chao is my favourite so far, Brazilian meat restaurant with the red/green tokens. Tomahawks at Perry’s a close second. Just stay a million miles away from chicken fried steak. Even mouthwash couldn’t take the taste of that shit out my mouth.

When I found out I was going to be in Austin this weekend I had a look and they were looking for $500 for a nose bleed ticket, that was before the start of the season. Now the cheapest is $200.... but the flights are $400-$500.
I'll make do with watching it in a sports bar at a normal time. Saints game starts at 8:30 and the chiefs game finishes around 9pm. Its going to be a great day.

So looking forward to next week when i don't have to stay up to 1am (although all games were done by 12:30 this weekend) and then record the 2am game... as i am going to be in Texas. First game at 8:30am all the way through to 10-11pm
With the exception of the first half against the Seahawks the Denver D has been really really good. and if the offense ever clicks we could do some damage. Raiders in LV this week could be fun. can we get McDaniel's sacked again? or will the usual happen and Raiders win 27-3

Meanwhile the UK government gave Boris' cousins card shop business £2bn for PPI, Nick Hancock's sisters bakery £5bn for PPI etc etc and wondered why nothing turned up.
I've not really listened to the SG's statements but I have never ever heard NS say that she wants a hard border in the UK. I have very little respect for the Tories but come on just making shit up and being allowed to do it is yet another reason we need to get out of this shitshow (and there are plenty bigger reasons)
