  1. If match officials, VAR and now a review panel with all the time in the world to review it and discuss it "at length" can't come to a majority view that it's a handball against Miller - it's probably not an easy decision or an obvious mistake. I for one feel bad for anyone that hasn't let go of this by Friday but won't be losing any sleep over it.
  2. Sorry - meant to say: Every season ticket holder is taking their full allocation and handing them straight to h*n mates - everyone better get down to the ticket office at 5am on Tuesday. Worse than Sligo away.
  3. Any motherwell supporter that wants a ticket for this will get it - I wouldn't be concerned if I was you..
  4. I got my tickets pretty sharp after 12pm as I was looking for a bunch together and I *think* most seats were blue at that point. The only thing that would make me suspicious would be that the club would surely be shouting that from the rooftops to build a bit of hype up..
  5. Because one of the tickets I got was a concession - it made me make a named account for the person getting it - a pain in the arse.
  6. Tickets bought for the semi - was actually a lot easier than I expected. I thought I would have to link it to other season ticket holders in the group - and create accounts for others but it was all under my name. It was way more of a pain for Easter Rd..
  7. A change at Newton and over to Kings Park station - it's never anywhere near as bad as Mount Florida and there's even a pub en route to the ground.
  8. Yep - anything that would see us somehow tied up with another club (especially one in the EPL) would be a big no from me. Some kind of big collapse down there has got to be a possibility (and I'm not sure one of these tie ups has ever worked for a club like ours)
  9. I get what you mean - but I think the issue is contained here (and it's the bit I find weird) - he's not been "in post" as a WS rep for a while now. He resigned very publicly when the WS and he disagreed about the merits of Erik Barmack's proposal. Since then, he was effectively sitting on the BoD with no mandate from anyone. He wasn't interviewing to stay in post - he was interviewing to get his role back, which is a fairly important distinction.
  10. Struck again by who the "professionals" and who the "amateurs" are here.
  11. What's the limit for pretending you are concerned for the co-efficient?
  12. Come on now - that's petty as f**k, there's a huge financial disparity - it's not really fair to enjoy that.
  13. I think if they put "both" options (there might be more than 2) out there - ie - what's achievable at Fir Park and what's achievable at a brown field site with the money we can get access to, it would be a really close run thing - as I don't think either option will be as appealing as folk think they would be. I doubt we could fundamentally "fix" Fir Park as we don't have the cash that Hearts or Hibs did to redevelop an old ground in a pretty tight location - and I doubt we could afford the sort of new build that folk won't call "lego" and compare to St Mirren's ground. Dundee and Aberdeen have both put nice concepts out there recently but when you look at the costs involved in those, that type of thing is simply not for us unless we get (an actually rich) benefactor to build us one. Also - don't launch any consultation after a cup quarter final win as everyone will choose Fir Park.
  14. It's not "can't grasp", it's "don't want to grasp" - I think the Barmack stuff is the first time that the previous board had to fully confront the reality of majority fan ownership - and given their conduct, they didn't like it at all.
