Yep that was McGrandles. Though pretty sure either at the end of last or start of this season both Kingsley and Jay signed long term deals. Completely agree with all the praise for Kingsley here, he did have a few horror shows last season (away to Partick, Dundee and particularly against Ross County) but this season he's been Mr Consistent and I'm genuinely struggling to think of a really poor performance from him. He's been a huge improvement from Scobbie imo

Don't really understand the need for another attacking midfielder if anything it would be a holder in midfield we would need. We've already got Murdoch, Alston, grant, mcgrandles, Weatherston, jay Fulton, dale Fulton, Higgins, Sibbald and even Leahy and Faulds as well all midfielders. Unless he's a huge improvement on what we already have just seems like a waste of a wage IMO.

So yesterday we got £200k for Mark Stewart ( ) and now today Chris Smith is away back to Ayr until the end of his contract. What a fucking brilliant last few days.

He's shite and out of contract at the end of the season. Started off really well for us but his form started to dip the same time Higginbotham left last January and since then he's probably spent more time out injured than fit but he's been extremely poor when he has played. He's certainly not a right-back either. Or a striker.

He's a centre-back, yeah? I'd rather we signed a proper wide player or someone that might give some help to Taylor up front but if this signing means Dods playing less then I'm all for it. You're certainly not the only one, he's utterly shite. He brings nothing to the team and his performance when he came on today was comical. If we're looking to save money then we should be looking to get the likes of him and Weatherston out the door.

We were left for weeks with no statement at all about how we voted in the whole Rangers situation (and we still don't know 100%) however our tannoy announcer makes a little joke at The Rangers expense and he's on the case straight away. It's nice to see he's got his priorities right there. I could understand if he said something outrageous but all he said was 'the Sevco Franchise'. I fail to see what the big fuss is about that tbh.

Decent enough game so far we were brilliant the first 10 minutes before Bolton got back into it and what a strike it was from Eagles. Taylor has been tremendous in the first half best player on the park imo. Although it looks like Jordan is on for him in the second half :-(

Disagree about Smith I thought he looked good, was pretty dominant in the air and done well to clear off the line in the first half definitely thought he looked better than Flynn. Was also again impressed with Leahy and Haworth both were our best players up at Fraserbrough and thought the same tonight, Haworth I would like to see play more in the middle think he might be a little wasted out wide and Leahy looks like a good find, couldn't really miss for the goal and was extremely unlucky with his overhead kick.

Good news that he's away. He was probably one of our higher earners that we're left so at least that'll free up a bit more money.

That game at Celtic Park he was fucking outstanding but after that it was pretty much all downhill and our first season in the first he was awful for the most part. I think it was something like that we paid, at least £50k iirc.

Dear god I hope not, I do think we probably need another left-back in the squad but a striker just has to be the top priority. And of course Twaddle is fucking rank.

I'd hate to see the amount of utter shite I wrote about him last season. He's certainly stepped up the plate and then some this season, he's been fucking fantastic for the majority of the season and deserves his move. Kallum Higginbotham

Yeah Flynn was our best player last season. There was obviously games where he was less effective than others but more often than not he was our outball and most creative player, there's no way anyone could accuse him of 'hiding'.

He's definitely got good skill on him but his positional sense is shocking. Especially any time he's asked to play wide in midfield he seems to spend most of his time anywhere but the position he's supposed to be playing and often leaves the full-back exposed. I think it's going to be quite tough for him to break into our team at the moment. I think his strongest position is probably similar to Higginbotham playing in between the midfield and strikers rather than an out and out midfielder.
