  1. Emm N should have had a Zoroark, he did when I faced him, but I killed it in 1

    without it using a move.

Yeah N is reasonably easy to beat, but Ghetis is

a nightmare, his Hydreigon like you say takes some doing , rediculously strong

and it has a really wde moveset, which meant it took out 5 of my team in a row,

    I was not happy,

Oh aye and all of tmy eam I used to defeat the E4 had been with me the majority of the game, in fact it worked out to something like 200+ gained from the 6 of them. :P

  2. Apologies for posting this on various threads, but it's really driving me daft!

In the last day or so,every time I'm on the Internet, numerous addditional tabs keep appearing automatically, all of which are either linked to game sites, or telling me I've won something.

They're really starting to piss me off.

How if at all,can I stop these?

    Cheers

Run a scan on your computer, might just be an irritating little virus, other than that, I have no idea what it could be.

  3. How do you get that much from wild pokemon? Lucky egg won't give me that much.

Thats after you beat the E4 for the first time, before the best you will get is about 1600exp from a Durant in Victory Road and thats with teh egg, also for grass and electic types, use surf and you can get the same from the Basculin in the water.

After defeating the E4 the first time and the bit after that, there is a massive step up and when you travel to the white forrest, every trainer is at about lv 65, so watch out. You get the 3000exp from the likes of wild Tropius and Altaria which are at lv. 60. Think the mmost I got from a single trainer was about 7500exp, from a lv. 66 Altaria, holding the lucky egg.

  4. Cheers. I'll look into it. I'm currently training in the outside bit of pinwheel forest, are the fighting types such as Throh worth it after you've beaten the normal gym leader? I'm hopeful that there is at least one decent grass type in the inside of the forest as I'm struggling to warm to Pansage.

Nah I gave up on my throh, fairly uselss. Also I am just repeating myself agai, but I found no decent grass types throughout the whole game at all and as such now have a lv. 69 semisage which owns literally everyhting because it is so fast.

  5. Incidentally, how many people does everyone know that say "lol" even when they're not laughing or it's not something remotely funny they're 'loling' at? It does my fucking willy in.

Far too many, I occassionally do lol, although in a mocking, 'I am trying to tell you to shut up' sort of way.

My PTTGOYN fucking snow, I want to go to Brechin. :(

  6. Are they decent to use in the team? Their HP and defences are really high. Are Munna worthwhile, as they do have a good special attack stat? I also can't decide between roggenrola and drillbur. Which of those two is better in the long run?

Drilbur, it is by far the better, plus Excadrill is a machine, only down side is its weakness to fire once it evolves.

  7. Yas, new pokemon league champion is me, actually I think I got lucky with choosing emboar. Cause he single handedlt defeated alder, since he has 3 bugs an an ice type. Advice keep it simple and play to strengths. I.e have psychic moves for the fighting, use ghost on ghost, etc. Oh and have a shut load of review and potions, I used the grand total of 17 revives during 5 battles.

  8. After catching most of the legendaries and beating the elite 4 for the first time, I have gotten down to levelling up for round two. Few changes have been made to my party after legendaries and new finds.

    Serperior - lv. 71

    Darmanitan - lv. 70

    Zekrom - lv. 70

    Metagross - lv. 70

    Kyurem - lv. 75

    Braviary - lv. 65

Still lacking a water one though, could never

really find one that took my interest. Found

the legendaries really easy to catch compared with earlier games actually.

Thinking I need my whole team about 75

before going back to the E4. Managed to

catch a Deino in victory road but can't be

bothered levelling it up just yet.

Not easy is it, I have decided enough is enough and I am just goof to give it a shot with what I have, obviously with lots if revives and full heals.

    Zekrom - lv 71

    Emboar - lv 67

    Seismitoad - lv 66

    Semisage - lv 65

    Excadrill - lv 65

    Cofagrigus - lv 65

I shall report back in 15 minutes after seeing how it went, nit too hopeful though.

  9. As for my game, still levelling up, my team is looking like this -

    Zekrom - lv. 67

    Emboar - lv. 65

    Excadrill - lv. 64

    Pansage -lv. 64

    Seismitoad - lv. 64

    Cofagrigus - lv. 64

Tought about getting an Altaria, but couldn't be arsed changing my team so late in the game.

  10. Wtf is up with Aldar's pokemon? How come they're at like level 75 when the other elite four are at 50!! Serious training will be required to beat that cock then. Fuuuuuuu.

edit to add that I'll probably can Samurott, since Seismitoad has the water part down, any ideas of pokemon that would help me that I don't already have covered? Where can you catch this generation's pseudo-legendary and is it any good?

Done want to reveal too much so better put this in a spoiler in case anybody hasn't gotten that far.

You dont face Adler until you defeat the Elite 4 for the second time, when their pokemon are also in the 70's and they each have 6 an all. Thats what I am working towards. Thats part of teh strory so I wont reveal too much there either.

As for the pseudo-legendary, I aint really sure where you get them ( iw ill have a look), but for Zekrom or Reisheram, again it part of teh plot so I wont say anything, but when you catch whichever one it is, it is at lv. 50 and tbh they are good, but actually not defeatable, your vanillish would probably beat it easily.

If you read it I hope itr helps, btw how do you know Adler has such high level pokemon, I only guessed after I challenged the elite 4 again without realising they had seroiusly levelled up and just about shat myslef at the 20 level difference.

EDIT - as for yor team, depends what game you have, if its black and you catch reisheram then thats fire covered. If not then you might want to catch a Darmumate?? or the anteater fire thing in Victory road cannae mind its name. Also I love my cofagrigus, not the greatest attack, but its a bitch to kill.

EDIT 2 - The only pseudo-legenadry is Hydreigon, let me tell you you only face 1 and its a right pain in the arse to kill, took me a while, but its first form you can catch in the lowest level of Victory road at about lv. 39, Deino, but its rediculously rare to come across on and by the time you train it up, its probably not worth it,. Oh and having looked at your team, you are quiter a bit away from beating the elite 4, all of mine were about lv. 52 and it was a bit of a challenge, so just concentrate on getting them up, after that tmbecome realtively easy to level up and if you are clever you can get a good 3000exp from wild pokemon.

  11. Patrat is pathetic but Lillipup is rather hard to beat and a good sweeper once evolved. It's my main pokemon.

Just as a heads up, 1 of the Elite 4 uses fighting types and will absolutely annihalate you if you use it as a main pokemon, I just hope you have a flying or phsycic.

I am currently training a lot, as I am wanting to do the Elite 4 again, but this time they have pokemon that are a good 20 levels higher than the first time you do it and fankly mine are all about 65 so have no real chance of taking them, plus the Champion on.

  12. Cheers guys - so, would I be capable of completing the full Pokedex using just Black and White, or would I need to link up with any of the earlier games at all? Or are ALL Pokemon catchable in the two new games?

All of the older Legendaries aren't in it, your mewtwo, legendary birds and suicuine and all of them, but from what I can see using both black and white, you should be able to complete 99% of it, I may be wrong, but I think its possible to get almost all of them.

What grass pokemon does everyone recommend? Pansage is pish.

There aren't any real grass types that are any good, my advice stick with Pansage, wait until it gets to 34, learns grass knot and then evolve it. It does take some work with it, but my Simisage is at level 61 now and tbh it can basically defeat anything because of its move set. (grass knot, acrobatics, seed bomb and shadow claw) Albeit, I am looking for a decent move to replace seed bomb, no need for 2 grass types.

EDIT - Just caught the first of the three legendary fighting pokemon, Cobalion, with no trouble whatsoever, now I can go after the other 2, Terrakion and Virizion. Not that I am going to use them, but just to get them caught and out of the way.

  13. Aye I could do that buy it isn't even that good, it's not like I would use it in my party, so ishall just stumble along and hope it turns up again. Hopefully killing it means it will re-emerge if not so be it.

Also managed to raise a level 5 pokemon up21 levels at once through sheer luck.

  14. Really pissed off now, thunderus turned up again and I accidentally killed t, I am assuming it turns up again tomorrow at some point and that I get another chance to catch it. But it seems a waste of my master ball to catch it. Ach well we shall see, oh and again anybody know how to get to the abundant shrine, obviously you have to gave completed a fair but of the game.

  15. So pissed off wandering about looking for the abundant shrine, btw can anyone help in telling me where it is. All of a sudden I stumble across thunderus, try to e clever and forgot it had the ability to flee, fucking annoyed at myself. But at least I caught the

fire/bug pokemon, even though it won't get in my party.
