  1. We've been narrowly the better team but lacking any clinicality up front. Agyeman has looked pretty sharp at times.
  2. My wife - who is much cleverer than me (three Masters and an upcoming PhD in various autism-related fields, particularly around child development) - says that this is probably the reason I was missed growing up, is because my special interests are quite mainstream (football, video games, guitars).
  3. For me, this was exactly it. My wife is autistic and has ADHD and had recognised the signs in me a long, long time ago. I would do things in a certain way, fixate on certain things and I didn't know why. Getting a diagnosis helped me realise why.
  4. I see that once again our state broadcaster is devoting huge chunks of its website to celebrating this shite as if its some harmless gala day.
  5. My wife and I were looking through some old photos of Falkirk and found one taken from inside the old ABC Cinema, must have been early to mid 2000. We can't identify the film on the right of the picture in front of the poster for The Skulls. Anyone got any idea? Looks like a guy carrying some kind of stick.
  6. Motorcycle Emptiness is genuinely as close to a perfect song as you're going to get. An absolute triumphant masterpiece.
  7. I have two. The first one I got (the meteor from Final Fantasy VII) hurt like a bitch as it's on the left side of my chest but as it gets closer and closer to the sternum it was fucking agony - my tattoist said the less fat there are covering an area the more it hurts. My second (Hylian Shield) is on my left upper arm / shoulder and didn't hurt anywhere near as much.
  8. Supporter since '86/'87 when my old man started taking me to games aged 3/4 so I'm just a bit too young to remember most of the Jeffries stuff but for me McCall's side was probably the most exciting I'd ever been going every week. I was never a massive fan of Hughes at the time - I felt that a lot of his success was based on luck rather than talent - but my opinion of his time has softened considerably since he left. For me it's a straight shoot between McCall and Hughes.
  9. For as long as I can remember I have been absolutely terrified of the thought of huge objects under the sea. Something about swimming along and then this massive shipwreck just looms out of nowhere. I found out a couple of years ago that it is a genuine phobia called submechanophobia. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Submechanophobia The thought of going down 4 miles to see the Titanic is something I would never, ever consider. I don't even like watching that kind of stuff on the telly.
  10. Is that the Dolphin one? I was reading about that earlier
  11. Not me, I'm in the seasides I knew 7 for sure, had a pretty good educated guess of another 2 and got lucky with a guess on the last one.
  12. I see they've released a new photo of the launch:
  13. We've got to come out and try to play a bit now, surely.
  14. He lifted it into his arm from like a yard away. Was never a penalty shout.
