  1. This One thing that can't disagreed upon is that Ahmed's music was sick. So is Pete Rose and Drew Carey.
  2. Is it just me that thinks Cole has always been shite?
  3. I don't think its the writers that are the main problem, I think it's the pace that the storylines develop these days. In 1998-2001, storylines came and went at such a fast pace that the audience felt like they were missing out big time if they happened to miss an episode. You missed 2 week of RAW during the Attitude Era you wouldve missed about 3 title changes, 2 face/heel turns and a couple of really interesting moments within a storyline.
  4. Agreed, whats with the lighting for all Sin Cara matches as well? Not a chance, Cena will only turn at a Wrestlemania and at the same time the WWE will have to have enough top superstars who are able to draw as much as he currently does.
  5. Are those Falkirk Legend posters still for sale in the club shop? I was in on Saturday buying my ticket for Dundee and the Rangers game and noticed it up on the otherside of the door as you come in.
  6. Was in there on Firday night for the first time, wasnt bad. Some guy playing an acoustic set. Just goes to show you how many folk are tuned in on wrestling at the moment.
  7. Superbrawl i think it was. Hogan vs Sting was Starrcade 97. And the tarzan quote is by the Rock but I'm not sure who it was to.
  8. His goals reminded me a lot of what John Henry used to do at Brockville in 2002. Wait for the knock down in the box and bang them in on the turn.
  9. Wrestlers shouldnt be allowed twitter or facebook. More gold come at the Wrestling Thread with CM Punk.
  10. Spider man is in a different park completely so that couldn't happen. But your going to get tourist nonetheless, what do TNA expect if theyre parked right in the centre of a theme park. But seriously I'm in double figures the amount of times ive been to the impactzone and trust me when I say the crowd/ the regulars are more interested in getting themselves over rather than enjoying the talent inside the ring. They wont reduce the size of the impactzone either, they just recently put more seats into it, i think that was about 2009 time when the got rid of the 2 entrance ramps. I'd love to see Joe in WWE since I've completely gave up on TNA. The only thing that would have had me interested in BFG would have been Joe vs AJ for the title in a vey similar fued to Rock vs Austin at WM17.
  11. still no know how they convince Vince to let Cornette do that, gold nonetheless were his opinions

"and on a personal note to hulk hogan, you are a household word but then again so is garbage and it stinks when its gets old too, im jim cornette and thats my opinion!"

  12. How dead are the crowd for that table spot at MITB at WM when Finlay puts JBL through the table. Terrible booking, lets sh*t on, what is supposed to be, the WWF's biggest threat ever by having one guy single handedly take them all out.
  13. Is it just me that can actually see where Big Jeremiah is coming from? Andy shouldnt have won tough enough
  14. Which says more about TNA than Jeff Jarrett. There will be no hating on the "Marvelous One"
  15. Aye pretty similar to Jeff Jarretts MMA gimmick, but better
  16. No it wasn't, stone cold was entry number 1 in 99, only the ref and howard finkel would have been in the ring at this point
  17. I he got back dropped over the top ropes and hits his back of the casket, a great match and a great spot where michaels gets tombstoned from the ring apron into the casket. Aye, a quite surreal moment. Comes through the crowd and immediately eliminates Marc Mero who is dancing around at the back of the ring. Crowd pop is too bad either when the glass breaks.
  18. The promo for the match i'm on about, a lot better than the "running up the hill" promo done last year in my opinion http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GrNdVpMT4-k
  19. Another great PPV - Royal Rumble 98 New Age Outlaws vs the Road Warriors Shamrock vs The Rock - belter of a match Vader vs Goldust Austin winning a great Royal Rumble match, probably my favourite RR ever. Undertaker and Shawn Michaels having an awesome casket match. think hbk broke is back during this match or something like that Kane had just debuted by this point as well. And the Rock also wrestled for over an hour during that PPV
  20. Not to forget the 24 hour hardcore title match or something like that.
  21. Best PPV ever was and always will be WM17 closely followed by Royal Rumble 2000 and Survivor Series 2002
  22. Never seen a crowd go that mental for one move. Nitro fans were awesome back in the day. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xN0XO-pLkFc&feature=related
  23. On the subject of crowd reaction, check this out. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BKDkFRTiHQY
  24. Remember HHH came face to face with a rattlesnake during the same angle? Was on RAW the next again week with a fake scar on his face if i remember correctly.
