  1. I don't wanna grow up on continuous loop. and I do believe it gets better with each and every play.

  3. A very interesting documentary about Lee Scratch Perry on Radio 2.
  4. When I was in America I heard a rumour about Sting which, if true, would rock radio two listeners to their very core. Unfortunately, if I was to post it here, the site would be shut down in seconds. Which is a shame, because I wish the ghastly tantric tea drinker would go away and hide behind his all consuming ego.
  5. b*****do by Charleotte Hatter...Hawth...Harat... Hatther...Ha... the attractive one out of ash It's actually pretty hilarious...
  6. It certainly does pass. I'm currently listening to Bridge over Troubled Water by Simon and Garfunkel, but I don't really like it.
  7. Apart from his name being Tom Waits.... Actually, I think I listen to the Ramones version more often. I don't wanna grow up... and The Man Who Loved Beer by Lambchop/David Byrne are my two personal theme tunes.
  8. Fell in love, then married, then boom How the hell did that get here so soon? I don't wanna grow up... Now that is a fantastic song. Ever heard the original?
  9. Pearly Dewdrops' Drop by The Cocteau Twins
  10. Presence of the Lord by Blind Faith. Who I have to say I've never heard of, but I'd swear that's the tragically missed Richard Manuel of The Band on lead vocals...
  11. That song I like but don't know why or what it is called or who it is by.
  12. I agree. Much missed. But what a way to go. Waltz #2 is a top tune. One amongst many.
  13. Hmm.. fresh back from my lovely cricket based/bbc sponsored booze fest, I've just won a DAB radio on Bob Harris on Radio 2... I'm on a roll, I'm on a roll this time I feel my luck could change.
  14. I think that song's pretty hilarious. Not sure why though!
  15. Now there's a much overlooked band. Buddy Holly is one of the great singles ever, with one of the greatest videos.
  16. My Way - Sid Vicious. To my mind the greatest version of them all.
  17. I heard that song for the first time ever last night, and speaking as someone who loathes There She Goes with a passion, I was particularly impressed.
  18. Excellent. You are of some worth after all, HTTT! I much prefer Mando Diao to his brother, Salif.
  19. Here, Leithy old chum, what's the name of the Swedish garage band who are currently getting a lot of airplay with a track called Sheepdog? It's a cracking record.
  20. Engie Benjie Jump Up And Down - by Clint Boon....
