  1. I've been doing it since 2009. I'll have something else to aim it at next season.
  2. Unfair isn't necessary illegal. Some very serious faces and lengthy statements to come, nothing to see here. Unless, due to both Hearts and Partick likely having a smaller season than normal the court decides they should be awarded a small amount of money (would need Partick to be playing less games than the Championship are).
  3. I'm only here for Pexit but if it needs to come along with it then that is unfortunate.
  4. I thought you would find Anne Budge suggesting we cut the number of clubs in half?
  5. That's the problem with being the minority, mostly it is unfair (but not illegal).
  6. Aye I have quite a few pals...and my fiancee. Madness has absolutely taken hold.
  7. There were, it didn't suit the majority of clubs at any step.
  8. Neil Doncaster sitting going through all the drawers in the SPFL office looking for coppers to head to a Coinstar machine is a great mental picture.
  9. I know this, I actually think it would be a great laugh if you did boycott us tbh.
  10. It's a different country but given October is a while away it should be achievable, this was tonight in Prague. Problem comes when you say (maybe) some will attend, how do you decide who does and does not.
  11. Oh absolutely everyone needs to be held to account at some level but someone has to be an adult at some point in this, hopefully whatever the court decides, but we all know they'll be at the European Court of Human RightsRights and then United Nations. Yes but it's money they are after which the SFA can't really award to them (to the level they want), as daft as their claim is they'll be making the SPFL sweat a bit by the numbers. Can they go to CAS right now given travel restrictions etc? They obviously were never going to though.... I guess that they are hoping this never actually sees a courtroom and is just dealt with by mediation via correspondence pre-court and they get at best half of what they asked for.
  12. Hahaha I went to their game at Kilmarnock, they took an Ayr away crowd (to e.g. Falkirk) we won't miss their £3k before tax
  13. If that happens fitba in this country is by. You should be able to challenge things you find unfair and name your price (it doesn't mean the court will award that if you win).
  14. I'd be surprised if the SPFL's legal costs were that high tbh.
  15. When you don't have much of a case in the first place you may as well go for it.
  16. I think it ties in with the usual approach of asking for more than you think you are due as a starting point.
  17. I was trying to work out what rule had been changed and my thinking was solely based on relegation and the season ending. Thanks, forgot they would need to change something for the playoffs.
  18. So should you be successful against the odds it will be for compensation because the SPFL can't guarantee reconstruction.
  19. The SPFL now have to respond, once they do both parties will then be encouraged to reach agreement before taking this to a full trial and given advice by Counsel on how to do so. This will go all the way though as the child clubs aren't getting their way as the SPFL has no power to meet their demands.
