yep , i havent read or heard any journos saying its been overturned , which is a key word in this as things stand at the moment,n rangers have 2 transfer embargos in place against them its basically up to the sfa if they want to punish them further or if their lawyers think they can continue to uphold the embargo

no the COS judge hasn ruled thatn he doesnt think the SFA had the power to hand out the ban , but it is not overturned, the SFA CAN change it or ignore his findings as in football he is infact an irrelevance

bbc reporting as if the SFA only have 3 optionns termination of registration ban from cup suspension but they have 5 they forgot about a 100k fine & ignoring the COS judge (which is what they may be seeking legal advice about)

havent read anyone saying the transfer embargo was actually overturned by this , only that this judge didnt think the sfa could issue one and then sent it back for appeal am i correct?
