This just reminds me of the bands that used to be on at the New Elgin Hall - good laugh when I was 14/15 and drinking cider right enough!

Is that the one just down the road from it? From what I can remember, it was pretty expensive.. Only just recovered from Slam Dunk in Glasgow last Friday (Less Than Jake, Goldfinger, Anti-Flag, Set Your Goals) which was absolutely immense. I know my band's playing in Cafe Drummonds on the 4th July for some local showcase thing, does that count?

My dad's wife once came out with an absolute belter, when discussing ideas for a family friend's birthday party she comes out with "Well you could hire some midgets, get them to do magic tricks and that in the pub. " Over a year ago and I still haven't let her forget it.

Oh aye, and this girl I'm trying to get on has now said that I can't crash at her place in Aberdeen on Saturday now because her brother's staying in the spare room. I DIDN'T WANT THE FUCKING SPARE ROOM YOU IDIOT!

I know for 3 out of the 4 subjects I'm doing at college, the prelim was useless for appeal. But then again, that is Inverness College - incompetent shower of c***s.

Inverness college are a shower of c***s. Got my higher English exam in the morning, but because of their incompetence they haven't actually told me what room I'm in, so I've been told to be in the building for about half 8. That'd be fine if I lived in Inverness, but I don't. Got to get the train through from Elgin, and the only one that'll get me in on time is the one at 7. So i'll be in Inverness for quarter to 8, hanging round like a spare p***k for an exam that doesn't start until 9. Got to stay up all night because it's better than attempting to get up at half 5, and probably missing the entire exam. p***ks.

Good to see the judge knows where his priorities lie.
