It’s quoted that Buckie are among the Highland league teams with an aversion to promotion? If thats the case and their “ performance “ in the play offs reflect that fact, questions need to be asked ( I’m trying to be careful on my use of words here )

If you believe the rumours, then Buckie seems keen to go up this time.

And your answer to this amateurish mess would be ?

They could have 2 up and 2 down, making it easier and less desperate and possibly (maybe not) lessen the likelihood of a team chucking silly money at it. However, the big problem is the set-up below League 2. A lot of the teams would not want to be in the Highland League and (if you believe the regular rumours) a lot of the Highland League teams do not want promotion.

Our loan players must be better for next season that’s where I believe we go wrong. Never seen craig donald have one good game for us since signing yet plays centre half every weekend, hopefully new management team is in soon and can asses where we are at and what to improve on. Very quiet regarding management normally a few names being chucked about

I thought he was alright most games. Had an absolute mare at Broadwood though (can we still use that phrase 🙂).

I think 5 or 6 tomorrow night would take goal difference out of the equation.

I think Brechin will be doing well if they win both their last two matches. I would definitely make Buckie favourites now

    Think it's actually 650k

Surely not.  Me thinks you are being sarcastic. I was thinking more about £400k. A poor league 2 budget is £300k to £400k. Well done anyway.

Zac's good enough to play in the SPFL if he moves I reckon it would be to there.

If the Bo'rigg stay up, he would be better off there than Berwick.

I thought Zac was one of the ones who had extended into next season, but clearly not. Can anyone remember who has? Has Robbie agreed for next season?

Mac1, Matty McDonald, McLaughlin, Healey, Berry, Rodden all signed for next season. Sure Robbie and Jordan are too.

I like Calum. Sure it didn't work out how we all hoped it would this season but I'd rather have seen him get another go at it next season.

Alas, I good move for him and wish him nothing but the best. But if he tries to pinch Zac I'll find his house and 💩 on his doorstep.

Supposedly joining Berwick (Zac that is).

Thought I should also say well done to you Brandon Coventry who came on again yesterday at 16 and showed maturity and quality. He's playing boys club football so no experience at all anywhere near this level. I think also the manager has to be commended and acknowledged for having the nous and guts to throw that kid in and support the BB boys club (we had 5 training with us this week).

We have 1 or 2 injuries (macpherson brothers both missed yesterday) so utilising the young lads is a positive step and engages with one of our core principles to interact more with community and the local boys club.

Coventry looks a good player. Not phased at all at a young age.

Some others may not agree, but I still think Calum is a very switched on manager. More so than most of the managers we have ever had.

It's frustrating, but it's not easy with limitations on funds.

The chances we had in the 1st half we should have been 3-0 up before they scored.

Exactly, but we couldn't score. We are awful. No point kidding ourselves. Most of the team (great guys without doubt) have no real ability. They are fit and give it their all, but it isn't nearly good enough. I seriously doubt that we will last more than a season or two.

Very disappointing again. Don't agree about no fight. Plenty effort in the second half but we just seemed to keep finding ways not to score. The second goal was a real body blow and so soft. A game that on the balance of play we should have won comfortably.

You must be watching a different game from the rest of us if you think we deserved to win.

Months ago I genuinely thought that Clyde were a dead cert to go down but now, there’s a few who could finish last.  Agreed think it will go right to the end and I just couldn’t call it

Same here. Looked like Clyde were a sure thing for bottom, but they got Jordan Allan on loan. He always looked like he would bang in the goals at the lower levels. Unfortunately, when he was with Cowden, we had clueless Bollan in charge and Allan didn't get a proper chance. I think it's six goals in four games now for him. Clyde have what should be a couple of tough games coming up, but it looks like Spartans and Peterhead have already assumed they won't be caught. If Clyde gets some points from the next two matches they will be in with a decent chance of catching Stranraer or Bonnyrigg. The latter two play each other in a few weeks as well.

I’m not absolutely sure of this but I think it’s one place only with the Highland League getting two spots. The second spot is alternate between LL & HL. I’m sure someone will correct me if I’m incorrect.

I think they might give it to Albion Rovers, as they will be the last team to have dropped out of League 2, not including whoever drops out (or not) at the end of this season.

Yeah that was them, they camped themselves first half at the far end of the terracing where we usually stand. General pains In the arse. We moved along a bit as couldn’t be doing with any bother, it was no big deal to shift along for one game.  It was good to see a decent travelling support apart from these wee tubes.

If it was a wee bit of handbags with them and a couple of Cowden lads then nothing really to bother about, boys will be boys.

Yeah, can't remember seeing so many Berwick fans on the terrace before. They usually just sit in the old stand.

It was just drunken handbags. The chubby guy who appeared after the scuffle looked blootered. Might have been worse if he was there five or ten minutes earlier. Seen him after the game near the train station shouting at some teenagers, before shuffling up to the station.

If it was those badly dressed stone island clad casual wannabe bellends, they were not kids. Total arseholes, absolute shambles they were, and if they got a slap they would likely have deserved it.

If it was genuine kids caught up in something, totally not on.

It was the group behind the goals near the end, standing up on the grass bank. They looked about late teens, early twenties and were enjoying the day (a few of them definitely had too much to drink). They were goading (as you would expect) some of the Cowden fans who left before the end and a few got over excited and some of the Berwick fans moved down to the terrace area and there was a brief scuffle, just handbags. The Cowden fan was a similar age. The stewards appeared (haven't seen so many at a game for ages) and stopped it becoming anything more.

No kid was attacked out of the blue, as BTU suggested.
