  1. The very fact the man stuck with it until safety ( as now is ) was secured says a lot IMO. Many would have ran at Xmas say, it must have been a long hard sore season to bear agian.
  2. It’s quoted that Buckie are among the Highland league teams with an aversion to promotion? If thats the case and their “ performance “ in the play offs reflect that fact, questions need to be asked ( I’m trying to be careful on my use of words here )
  3. And your answer to this amateurish mess would be ?
  4. At this point I’m hoping both Annan and Queens are still in L1 after the next 2 games, Murphy may go ( as is rumoured) Bartley may be sacked ( as many wish ) then see what develops.
  5. Your proposal is totally different to the one I responded to. I doubt the floodlight meter switches off at 10 pm but do you really be wanting to watch football at 11pm ? Your proposal is a very definite winner IMO.
  6. It’s interesting that you personally wish to employ a manager who is potentially a couple of games away to leading Clyde into oblivion.
  7. Nobody can kick up a fuss as this situation was on the cards at the start of the campaign? Very tough if happens but i really can’t see it.
  8. When you say maybe Gretna too. What’s that scenario please ?
  9. Your board of director ( is that the case ) is he saying much ? I believe best pals with the Irishman. I think our manager next season will be better, not only for the first ( sorry only ) team but for the club in general.
  10. I never said swop . I’m hearing things are changing at Annan TBF.
  11. Play best starting 11 and make make appropriate changes at the correct opportunity, for starters. The ( football ) is a matter of opinions is a great hiding place.
  12. Seems you don’t need to try IMO try closer to home with Humza and his cronies? I’ve listened to enough Bartley interviews now to give my the dry boak. The proper Queens fans have said all they can. I’m in the glasshouse too and far from a fan of Murphy so feel the pain.
  13. Nepotism, favouritism, pick the big boy has been the downfall of Scottish football for decades now, both at club and international level. A club like Annan ( as guilty as any ) now more than ever must and can change with strong leadership and vision.
  14. Annan need to have more than 1 team playing every Saturday to progress IMO. No local lads are getting a chance to move from youth, and any showing any promise need to move away with the present set up.
  15. Gretna appear to be working hard with youth development, the SOS League is the best place to go for me. At least Stranraer are in the League, surely a team from Annan and QOS. Would also add to it and enhance interest development?
  16. If Gretna finish bottom is SOS League automatic, or have they another option to consider?
