Not from me you won't. I am completely against yet another shyster getting even a toe in the door of my club. The news of this Rankine guy yesterday just depressed me. I am praying the council carry out their threat tomorrow and call in the administrators. That to me is the only thing that can stop Madsonne. Sadly as things stand with him holding the keys of the door he can do whatever he likes and all we fans can do is jump up and down in frustration. There is another protest planned for Friday. Hopefully more will be able to attend given that there is more than a day and a half's notice this time.

Eh, things are as bad as bad can be I know, but actually we are no deid yet. Where there's life there's hope and all that. Edited to say that I agree with the post above especially the bit about the SFL sitting on their arses and allowing things to get this bad.

Oh yes some of us understand that all too well. I only hope that Sparky doesn't sign in the mistaken belief that he is helping the club. I'd rather he went for nothing than massone got that money. The elcectricity folk don't just turn up and switch the power off without warning so that numbskull has known this would happen yet sits around fantasising while the club disintegrates about him.

All our debt is the clubs but it's him who has racked it up. Why separate this lot from the rest? The buck stops with him.

If fining him gets him out quicker then good. Should have been payable immediately IMO or at the very least give him a fortnight then oot!

Gordon McDougall has said (Daily Record) "The club will float where it finds its level" If that is at a lower level than where we are now that will do me fine because as things stand at present the club are heading for oblivion under Angelo Massone. I am just hoping that there is something left that the man can work with.

The sad thing is that he is getting away with it and dragging the club further down.

You're right banjo player, Duncan's comments have been helpful but he's still not keen on Livi (it's the Celtic connection ken ). Nothing of course like Kingfaethesooth who's walking around these days positively delirious. I have an affection for KFTS though. It's always a comfort to know where you stand with someone. None of this two faced stuff. No siree!

This seems to be a recurring theme but I am not sure what they have done that is so wrong. They saw things were getting dodgy finance wise and decided to work on a possible way out if the shit hit the fan. Massone didn't like the implication and started mud slinging. Seems to sum it up for me.

Posting this on the livilions (football!) forum is imo a shameful attempt at using a worthwhile event to make people think he is a good guy. You know I think maybe, just maybe, something good could come out of all this. Surely now the football bodies have to introduce some mechanism to ensure that anyone taking over a football club is a fit and proper person. Too late for Livi though.

Dave McKay did and was transferred to St Johnstone for £0. There is also some kind of mystery surrounding Robertson and Heggarty's dismissal so maybe they said something too. Who knows?! The money we got from St Johnstone was for Davidson. You see McKay would have been entitled to a cut of the transfer fee if there had been one. He spoke about it in the Courier (local paper) last week.That's the kind of folk they are. For what it's worth I agree with all who say it's a disgrace that the SFL have allowed this to go on. As LLD says we need to start again at the bottom and get it right this time.

Short of expulsion I will be happy to take any punishment the SFL hands out as long as means we get rid of Massone. The man is no more than an embarrassment to my club.

There is the wee problem here of the club not actually being in administration - yet! Clyde and Stirling Albion are in the position of their boards at least being honest and saying they are in trouble while Livi fans are being fed shit like we will we paying off the ground rent (£200k+) by the end of June and buying the stadium soon after. Meanwhile wages go unpaid, creditors line up and the Trust who have been trying to work on a business plan in case it all goes belly up are villified in some quarters and accused of bringing the club down. Confused? You soon will be! There are none so blind....etc

I can understand why you say that and I suppose that because I am a Livi fan (probably the only thing I will ever have in common with MCL )I have to be a bit guilty by association. However After 14 unbroken years I have decided there is no way this guy will get one penny more from me. Can I also state that I am disgusted at the thread on livilions discussing a new manager. Be assured that not all Livi fans think with the same mentality as those who come on here making excuses for Massone. Whether or not there are enough of us is the question though. I also worry that there may be no time to salvage anything from the mess.
