Livingston fans don't just come from Livingston. They come from all the villages. Personally if it had to come to it I would want the guts of our club to reform and the existing support to stay together rather than everyone to toddle off to their nearest junior teams.

That's a good point and one that I hadn't previously considered. I can't answer for LDC or the councils but it's not really something that you would really expect political groups to initiate. Maybe they should have I don't know. However it still doesn't take away from the fact that in Scotland you have to wait for something out of the ordinary to happen before you cant enter the hallowed sanctum of the SFL and that is what has to change.

An option that was never open to Livingston or any other Scottish team for that matter. And if we do get booted out of the SFL it will still not be an option. Re-entering the league in England is a great incentive for Wimbledon. If the people of West Lothian want to watch non SFL football there are teams in nearly every village and a new Livingston would just be yet another.

Well if nothing else the whole soap opera has brightened up a dull close season. If I dont at it all I'll just I know most fans resent the club because of the Meadowbank thing and keane spending what he didn't have but at the end of the day I gave my heart to Livi when they were in the 3rd division and all this is a helluva lot to bear. i'm still hanging on in there though till the bitter end.

I would hazard a guess that the Griffiths money has not yet reached his grubby fingers and I am hoping that one or more of ther creditors is ready to nip in before it does. For the rest I am not sure. He has had one round of players wages to pay (don't think they have had this months yet) and two instalments of council rent. As for the rest well who knows - bar bills, petrol for the Jag...insert as appropriate. I never thought I'd welcome administrators being called in to the club but it seems that is the only way to get rid of this disaster of a man. And MCL, you really are a nasty individual.

Make no mistake the Livi support want this guy out no. We would prefer to take whatever sanctions are imposed rather than let him continue any longer.

Well whoop te do let's damn them to hell for not adopting the saintly attitude of KFTS and boycotting something they had been crying out for for generations. By God they haven't half paid their dues by being cursed in the series of shysters who have been in charge of the club. If anything good comes of this latest fiasco it will be that the club at last loses the spivs and is taken over by either the fans or a combination of fans and local businessmen who have its rather than their interests at heart. KFTS sometimes I think you have never really supported one team exclusively the way the rest of us have. Yes Meadowbank were shafted and I more than most empathise with their fans but shit happens and at the end of the day it is never the result of actions by fans. It is usually done by the kind of folk that are currently killing Livi. You make that sound like Livi fans were trying to make cash.
