Would phoning 999 for a high body temperature be wasting the emergency services time. I.e heat exhaustion. Is it a simple case of rest and a couple of aspirin. Day 2 of high body temp 38. Aches and pains and migraine. NHS 24 reckons I should dial 999.

Iron man 3. Usual comic book fare. Kept me entertained for a few hours 6/10. Hangover 3. Not like the first 2 in terms of story which makes the plot a little week. Not as fun either. Few genuine lol moments though 6/10 Star Trek into darkness. Fun action film with amazing sfx. Could pick holes in it but it was very entertaining. Solid 7/10. Been a while since Iv been on here. Iv been keeping to a target of 30 miles per week and it seems a good distance for keeping things ticking over. Generally stick to one long run (1 hour +) and the rest between 4 and 6 miles. Varying tempo and intervals. Did 2 x 6 miles on the treadmill yesterday. One before work and one a night. Both sub 43 mins. Pleased with that. Seriously need to get racing again. Missing it big time. Park run next when I get home next week may be in order.

Sorry just seen this. Iv no problems with the bezel unless im wearing gloves. I tend not to switch between modes when im running anyway. I think it's a good bit if kit for the price.
