  1. Frustrating as we were doing absolutely fine, then Albinson pretty much throws one in. I have to say I don't think Mutch is capable of being the #1 but Albinson has been directly responsible for far too many goals this season.
  2. I'd have preferred it to be away from home but it's good to play a side we've not faced before I guess, especially as it's a winnable tie.
  3. You'll not see a managerial change after losing to a top side like Peterhead. Perhaps if we lose to Arbroath...
  4. Nobody would care about the off-the-park stuff if the team on the park was any good. Unfortunately, we are flirting with relegation and churning out eye-bleeding football so all of the off-field stuff is under a magnifying glass.
  5. It's funny, you'd have thought with everybody in the one place that the crowd would be louder, but actually it's made it even more like a library than last season.
  6. When McCall took over Ayr we were similarly struggling. In his first game we were soundly beaten at Brechin and he spent most of game taking notes and assessing the squad. He is capable of turning a team around quite quickly but it sounds like you'll need to get the transfer window before that happens.
  7. Offt, actually I look out for your results most weeks.
  8. Great result yesterday for you guys. What's the atmosphere like at these games nowadays, is it still as fierce as it used to be?
  9. McAllister Musonda McKenzie Reading Can't wait to see these guys move on in the summer. We are stuck with big Sean until 2025 but he'll be really good in League 1.
  10. Based on the quality of the guys we've signed this season, I don't think you'll find many arguments.
  11. A few of them just turned out to be not at the level, Kenyon wasn't fit and Amartey is just... baffling. He absolutely did say in his 'Ask Mathie' videos that Bullen has a say in these players, it's still on YouTube for all to see.
  12. Mathie is on record as saying that Bullen has a say in recruitment, given that they appear to have a close working relationship I'd be surprised if he was lying. Ultimately it's down to the 11 guys on the park and they're just not good enough to win every week. If you offered me it, l l'd take 8th and a fresh face in the dugout next season.
  13. Bullen has a ready made excuse this week, a few injuries plus Stanger going off. He knows he's under no pressure from the board whatsoever.
  14. This has been a public park since forever, had no idea they were playing here. Are there plans to put any stands in?
  15. I really wanted to buy this but not with the badge peeling off.
  16. No issues with the Zambia top, it's a bit of fun and the club can only gain from it. I guess the thing that will annoy supporters is that the guy has hardly kicked a ball for us for 10 months now.
  17. We are the opposite of our unwashed county neeburs: they have great home form and horrific away form. Our away form is third best in the league, however you could argue that we've had a kind run of fixtures having avoided trips to Raith, Inverness and Dundee Utd so far. November and December sees a crucial period for the team, a cup exit would be a disaster (financially as well) and we play quite a few teams who are looking to catch up to us. Interesting times ahead indeed.
  18. He's better at training, duuuuuh. Just watched the interview, he's rightly raging at the final goal but I'm not sure calling out the subs is what they will want to hear.
  19. That is something else from Bullen - he's not taking any responsibility for his pish.
