On the subject of Club v Country, I noticed that our home game with Dunfermline at 3pm on Saturday 16th November is a clash with the Cyprus v Scotland Euro Qualifier at 2pm the same day. Wonder if some games might get pushed back to 5pm or something to let folk watch one then go to the other. Although in saying that, that date is also the Quarter Final of the Tunnocks Cup so that game may not even take place anyway if us or the Pars were to make it that far...

All 3 home games for Welsh teams last year were on the TV on the Saturday night as far as I can tell

Nisbet looking good - really wish we had went for him. Thought he had real potential during his loan spell but attitude let him down. Similarities to Shankland in that it seems to have taken a step down to get himselt sorted out

On an off the field note, it's nice to see the response from the Morton fans on the match thread being almost all positive with regards the ticketing process - biggest criticism seems to be the lack of communication from their own club!

Tam O Shanter on the High St will have the outdoor bar open (i think) and is walking distance to the ground, was pretty good before the Partick and Dunfermline home games at the start of last season. Smiths also has one out the front...struggling to think of any other ones in the town actually..

Aye based on Saturday it's our defending from set pieces that gives me the fear. Stranraer scored two and could easily have had more just with fairly simple balls into the box. Can see there being plenty goals in this if the Morton defence is also as shaky as is being said.

Kelly's free kick was delightful though to be fair. Been going to Somerset for 30 odd years and can't think of many better - David Craig at the Somerset Road End around 1999 is the only one that jumps out.

The part time teams will be better than the part time team that drew with us today and really should have won comfortably.

I'm the 'happiest clapper' going up until now - but that's the first game i've been to this season and I really feel that we might go down. That second half was horrific. If we were relying on winning today to get a striker (Doolan looks hopeless) then we are fucked. Part time Stranraer battered us after a midweek game. Had a bet up at 7/1 in play that dropped from 8/1 - shouldbt happen for a big team home to a wee team!

Nah its Saturday 17th August this year

We can't have been seeded last year even after winning group if we drew Rangers away? Although....surely we must have been as we had a good goal difference and 4 wins from 4.....Unless there was a round i'm forgetting! We were definitely seeded 2 seasons ago and drew unseeded Hibs away midweek, and got scudded 5-0

Nope - still no email I can see but whatever happens we got there - what I see on that link makes total sense based on what you were saying - issue was almost certainly on my side IT wise. Whatsapped my old man his ticket and will just tell him it took 2 mins haha

You sir are a hero - that link takes me to a completely different looking page than I was on before and is clearly the one the guy in the shop was looking at when I spoke to him on the phone. Tickets are there and the wee eye icon that Diegomarahenry mentioned takes me to the codes. As to why the emails never came I dont know but will deal with that if it happens again next week.
