Certainly going to be an interesting few weeks with playoffs and ins and outs.

Stevenson was a standout in the Lewis Vaughan testimonial. I know the game wasn’t played at a frantic pace but I reckon he’s still got plenty left in his legs to be a standout in a Raith team.

Good game. Airdrie started well. Thought Milne was poor for the goal. Partick finished 1st half well. Cracking goal from McBeth. Partick started 2nd half well. Airdrie finished the stronger. Followed the team pretty much home and away this season with my son and loved every minute and worth every penny. The Championship is a cracking league with good away days and good value. Will I be disappointed if we don’t go up? The Championship is a cracking league with good away days and good value. Maybe I’m not wanting to get my hopes up too much. The Dundee United games this season should’ve wetted everyone’s appetite for top league football in my opinion. Even Motherwell in the cup last season. Rangers, Celtic, Hearts, Hibs, Aberdeen, Dundee United, Motherwell would fill that away end. My son is buzzing at the thought of that. So am I having experienced that in the 90s at his age and the odd cup/league game since. I really think the playoffs are a chance to achieve that this season. Think we all deserve it.

Really looking forward to these 2 games in the next week. As much as Airdrie have bossed Raith this season I have enjoyed watching them whether it’s been against Raith or on TV with them always playing quite attractive football. Expecting good games and a fair few goals. Think Partick might just have too much for Airdrie over the 2 legs though. 3-2 Partick with a big rammy late on resulting in straight reds for Aidan Fitzpatrick and Brian Graham.

No getting over excited about tonight but it was a good way to finish the league season. Another clean sheet and back scoring goals. Few players gave Murray some decisions to make ahead of the playoffs. Matthews with another solid game at RB. Sure Dick will come back in but thought McGill had his best game in a Raith jersey tonight. Likewise with Turner.Thought Easton would be a definite starter for playoff games but Turner definitely staked a claim tonight. Not seen Vaughan and Smith together much 2nd part of the season but they work well together. We seemed to work the ball into them better rather than an aimless ball to Hamilton or Rudden. Think Corr’s season is over.Not sure he would start in playoffs if Watson is fit but at least we knew he would be able to put in a performance if Watson wasn’t fit at any stage. Also we need Brown as 1st choice centre mid.

Thought the same yesterday. I think Murray knows his best team though and I’m pretty sure he’ll play it in those playoff games if everyone is fit.

If we are getting Stevenson and Hanlon from Hibs we’d be as well taking Megwa as well.

Interesting discussion on Corr and fully agreed with everything said. I thought he looked like he could bring the ball out of defence comfortably when I seen him play earlier in the season. Something that Murray and Watson don’t look as comfortable at doing and something that we lack at times. Brown didn’t really do it as much as I thought he would’ve back there.

Maybe see Millen come back in now that his new club have won the league

I’d expect Corr to play most of the next 2 games to make sure Watson and Murray are not overly exposed ahead of playoffs.Corr getting injured didn’t help him and also due to how tight games have been has also limited his and the likes of McGill and Hannah’s time on the park. Would like to see McGill get a couple of starts as well.

Bit gutted this afternoon.You always hope for the best outcome for your football club-Ayr draw today,Airdrie draw next week and take it to the final game. Not to be but so proud of everyone in finishing 2nd. 2 wins and a points total above 70 would be some season and hopefully push us to playoff success-hoping for the next best. Lets get right behind the players right to the last kick of the last game-whenever that might be.

If we do play a back 3 at some stage in next 2 games I would like to see Hannah play left wing back.Smith, maybe McGill are the only other 2 that can play there.What I’ve seen and heard about Hannah I think he would be perfect in that position.
