  1. Sore arm on Friday and felt pretty shitty yesterday. List of effects include.. Soreness around the jag site Tiredness Chills Fever Aches and pains Swollen glands Nothing that paracetamol and ibuprofen couldn't handle, she's fine today apart from the sore arm and swollen glands, but she has almost always had swollen glands from the flu jab too.
  2. My missus got her first vaccine dose on Friday, and has since got a full house on the possible after effects bingo.
  3. I'm fairly sure when the Ramones recorded Baby I Love You, he held the whole band hostage at gunpoint, made them listen to the original for hours on end, then forced them to record their version. It's none the worse for it tbf, a great cover version.
  4. Fair summary imo. As for the Bills, complete polar opposite of how the Ravens played. I know their run options were limited, but they were oh so predictable. Their D will need to come up with more than 1 scoring play if they only manage 220 yards total offense again next week.
  5. PGA Tour proving to be as difficult as ever....
  6. Madness imo, means there is no real incentive to join a club.
  7. If England did fail to reach the target, it would be record breaking stuff as it would be the lowest target unsuccessfully chased in Test match history. It was interesting to see how quickly England fell into abject panic mode this morning.
  8. You would hate to be keeping wicket on this pitch.
  9. Root run out, why the f**k are they trying to run quick singles when they have loads of time?
  10. 12-2, Crawley edging to slip. They couldn't f**k this up surely?
  11. Sibley leaves one that hits the stumps, 3-1.
  12. Very tight stumping call but I think it was right, I couldn't see anything of the batsman's foot behind the line either. Mickey Arthur is less than impressed. 9 down, lead of 66. Joss Buttler's first ever test match stumping.
  13. England has also had a spate of games right through all the supposed "elite" levels postponed due to Covid outbreaks in recent weeks, so it's an attempt to limit any unnecessary contact.
  14. Very blustery wind, which caused both teams to have punts that were only 25 yards or so, as well as the FG problems for Tucker. Pick 6 was massive, a right kick in the balls for the Ravens from which they didn't recover. I know passing the ball has been what has got the Bills this far, but it all got very predictable last night IMO, lot easier to defend against the pass when you know there is almost zero chance of a run play. Agree about the late kick offs, b*****ding inconsiderate Yanks putting the games on to suit their primetime and not ours.
  15. ..which was missing the stumps. 302-7 at tea, home side lead by 16 with a bit of rain in the air. The bowlers got better as the session went on tbf to them, tough shift in the conditions.
  16. And right after I posted Bess and Leach get a wicket apiece, and we are now reviewing another shout.....
  17. This hasn't been great from England's bowlers this morning, once again Root looks more dangerous than the actual spin bowlers. Nothing in the pitch for seam or spin tbf, but that's when the bowlers need to step up with consistent line and length. Sri Lanka edging towards taking a lead.
  18. Watching the NFL when I had that feeling of being watched....
  19. Disappointing but not unexpected tbh, game over by half time. Rams D will be knackered already.
