  1. Austin's podcast is clear number one, Jericho number 2 and for me Lionheart's has slotted in at number 3. The problem with JR's is that he has too many guests I haven't heard of/don't care about. Plus the opening 20 minutes of every episode is the exact same every week.

Jericho has a fair few I don't care about. That's not a slant on him, some of his music guests are cool like Vinnie Paul and whatnot, but there's a fair few I don't care about as well.

I'd probably rate is Austin >>>Jericho=JR.

The thing I dislike about Jericho is the "guests" like his kid and the fake people he does and whatnot. I was so pumped when I saw he had Wyatt on, only to be told by my friend that it wasn't actually Bray. I'm assuming my friend wasn't taking the piss since I didn't even download it to find out what it was.

I haven't even tried Goldberg or Piper's, neither of them really interest me on their own.

  2. Any idea why WWE continue to shit on JR by not allowing any currently employed members of their company appear on his podcast?

Pettiness, would be my guess. Guys like Jericho and Austin will be allowed them because they're still part of the company in their respective ways but JR obviously isn't so they don't want to give him the business.

  3. What cares, the divas are fucking shite, fast forward every single time, all of them are baggy boots

That's very harsh. I'm more looking forward to AJ vs Paige (if it's given time) this Sunday than anything else except from Ambrose/Rollins.

  4. If the go with the comics, Quill's dad is the Spartax King, and a bit of a dick. They've brought in the Kree, now, so may bring in the Sh'iar, Skrulls, Badoon, Spartax, Spaceknights.

I wouldn't mind a big cosmic epic battle.

Marvel Studios don't have the rights to the Skrulls, they're part of the Fantastic Four contract that Fox owns. Similarly you won't see Galactus or Silver Surfer until the rights revert back to Marvel.

I'm not sure on the Sh'iar, they could be part of the X-Men deal, given their heavy links with them.

I'm not sure if they'll do Spartax, Nova Prime says they're an ancient race and doesn't know who they are. They would know who Spartax were if it was proper Spartax.

  5. It's pretty hard with all these flesh eating zombies roaming around. I also assume the Internet and Google maps have been affected too? ;)

That's not my point at all, but alright. They're not trying to leave Georgia.

If they really wanted them, I'm sure they could find regular maps for navigation.

  6. In one of the season 4 episodes Daryl says he's never left Georgia. They must have been driving/running around in circles since it started.

They haven't been moving far though. From outside Atlantia to the farm to the prison has pretty much been their movement in the four seasons. Not as if they've been walking for the entire 4 seasons, then you'd maybe question their directional sense.

  7. Just seen Guardians Of The Galaxy.

It's tremendous! I'd say it's the best of the Marvel films so far. It really advanced the overall story running through the Marvel films that is set to climax in Avengers 3.

The scope of the film is huge and for a big sci fan like me was brilliant. The different planets, people and technology were exceptionally realised.

The characters are great in it. The humour is spot on and there were a lot of laughs throughout.

For those who have seen it:

At the end the Infinity Stone is put in some vault on Xandar However Thanos knew that Ronan was going to attack the planet (seeing as he told him) so it's not like Thanos doesn't know where it is. It surely wouldn't be too much trouble for him to get it?

It was revealed that Peter Quill's dad isn't human. Will be interesting to see who it is. An Asgaardian perhaps? We've seen Asgaardians on Earth before? Then again Yondu reveals he was hired by Quill's father to take him (Quill) to him (his father) ans Asgaardians wouldn't have had a problem using the Bifrost in 1988.

We now know of 3 of the 5 Infinity Stones/Gems that Thanos is after. He presumably now has the Aether after The Collector was given it at the end of Thor 2. The Tesseract is on Asgaard. And the Orb is on Xandar. I imagine Ultron will be involved with the 4th somehow (maybe powered by it?) and that the 5th will be in the 2nd GOTG film (due out the same year or the year before the 3rd and last Avengers). Then again there are quite a few films before Avengers 3 (Ant Man, Dr Strange, Cap 3, Thor 3, Hulk 2) so who knows?

The problem right now is that Thanos doesn't have an army. The Chitauri probably put a lot into trying to take New York and then the bomb fucked them. Until we see him strike a deal with another race, he won't have enough to take the Nova Corps...yet.

I'm not sure where they're going with his dad in the films. Cause he's a big deal in the comics and the fact she said he was like an ancient race doesn't really fit in, nor does the Nova Corps not knowing who he is/what race J'son is.

I'm really confused about the Infinity Stones now. I, like everyone, thought the Aether and Tesseract were two of the stones, but now they've brought a literal Infinity Stone is so now I'm confused about why the other two weren't similarly done. Unless they crack them open and remove the space/??? stones from the tesseract/aether respectively.

There's six gems - space (confirmed as tesseract), power (purple from GOTG), mind, reality, time and soul. You could do those two films, but I'd probably have one come from the Dr Strange film. There's some thought that Loki's staff has the Mind Gem in it, which would make sense. I'm not really sure where or how they'll bring the time, soul and reality in. They all seem quite goofy and the Aether being a gem doesn't really fit the original comic's gems and their functions.

  8. The main thing Spike didn't like was Russo still being a part without their knowledge when presumably they didn't want him involved. Russo has apparently fired.

I'd heard it was one of Spike's highest rated shows, so it coming back would make sense.

  9. Caught some of Impact on Sunday night. It was alright. They were pushing ECW nostalgia pretty hard instead of concentrating on themselves, the same company that's been running longer than ECW did.

Anyway, the main event was Lashley (they've dropped the 'Bobby' from his name in what must surely be a totally original idea and is in no way just copying shit from a certain other promotion) vs Jeff Hardy (not Willow, although he was wearing a Willow tshirt; when he was Willow he often wore a Jeff Hardy tshirt). The match was alright but you need to check out a utterly insane bump Hardy took. He hit a Swanton right on to a set of steel steps that had been turned on their side outside of the ring. Looked brutal as f**k.

I saw a GIF of that bump, presumably when it got taped. Yeah, that was absolutely fucking insane.

  10. Fucking hell, the Lana/Colter segment was horrendous. Zeb's trying to show his patriotism so he brings up being in Vietnam? Not exactly the most favourable war they've been in. In amongst all the horrific sexist comments, he starts talking about Rusev hiding behind a woman while Jack Swagger said absolutely nothing in the entire segment. Aye, alright pal.

  11. I'm gonna agree with DomDom (I actually thought his post was in relation to Presters' AJ comments and was wondering what the f**k he was on), Emma is not very good. Her charm wears off very quickly when you've seen her for weeks on end, I'll admit that I liked the dancing stuff to begin with but it gets old. She's not charismatic (not that Divas get to show it off very often, to be fair to her) but she isn't good in the ring either.

Paige, AJ and Natalya are obviously far superior. And if given the chance, I'd rather watch any of them wrestle any of Naomi, Brie Bella, Alicia Fox, Layla, Summer Rae and Charlotte (Ric Flair's daughter in NXT) ahead of Emma.

  12. Pretty good Raw, though I was spoiled on both Jericho and AJ's returns.

WWE can f**k right off with ending matches during the breaks, I can't believe they actually did that. Not every watches live, nevermind has the app while watching live. It's so fucking stupid, whoever thought of that idea should get fucking reamed out.

  13. Would going back to a six sided ring not mean that the product will be shit for a good few months as a lot of the talent won't have worked in one before and would have to adapt?

Maybe, it'll maybe quicken the product a bit but at the end of the day, if the guys they're using are still shit and the storylines are pish then the product is still going to be pish.

And with it being harder to bump on, the morale is probably only going to get worse.

  14. Wiiiiit?! Dredd vs Death is a bloody outstanding game! Played far too much of it on PS2 back in the day haha. Cheers for the nostalgia trip and sudden urge to buy it :P

    I can't remember why it came up but my friend mentioned it in passing about a Dredd game and I lost it. And this recommendation on the steam page;
