got lost and cycled down a huge hill to claverhouse, before having to turn aroud and go back. the speedometer on my bike says my average speed is 32km/h. Not bad at all if i say so myself, Although to be honest im not sure ive been going that fast.

it's been another epic tour. I've thoughtouly enjoyed it. special mention for voeckler and my hero of the tour was hoogerland. absolute hero. It's a shame about wiggins when you look back because he probably would have condende, and defo would be in top 8 or 7. ah well

got my speed meter thing sorted( with my mums help) and went out for a short cycle to check it. Did 15 km in like 30 - 45 mins, not sure. top speed 57.1 km/h. Hoping to go out on a monster cycle sometime soon, maybe like 50miles.

spent like 30 mins trying to fix this speed measurer on to my racing bike but it didnt work. It was so fucking infuriating that a kicked my mums bromton, resulting in the seat bending towards the ground When i tried to straighten it out it woudn't budge. The most angry i've ever been but now im also scared.

Can we not just assume he's clean until he's proven guilty though. If he's not clean he'll be found out,

Coudnt see the highlights today , i was working. Cant wait to catch them tommorow afternoon thoug. The mountain stages are always the best. And can we stop this, he's riding a bit too well, i think he must be doping. Can we not just congratulate him and think hes just very motivated. It's like we're playing a mafia game. people have been knocked off there bike because of spectators but it's very rare. I personally would enjoy it and it would make me go faster and also laugh.

yeh, actually lifetime bans sounds good. It's just lance must have took like hundreds of doping tests and he never failed one of them, yet people are still accusing him. It is sad to think that even andy, and evan and basso might all taking drugs but i don't think they are. Has anyone seen this clip of cadel evans throughing water onto a vittel person and accidently hit cav. Typical evans, he's so funny.

But surely you cant accuse people of doping if they have never failed a doping test, unless there is some way of cheating the test? But i think that people caught doping should get banned for at least 5 years.

so what are we supposed to do. Just let it happen. It dont like scaremongering, but it's the powerful who annoy me with there refusal to act.

It's now obvious the climate is changing. floods in england, pakistan, australia, and disasters in america ect, ect. The world getting hotter and we can assume that it is the fault of humans. Yet still nothing is seriously being done about it. Noting has changed because there is too much money at stake. The greedy fucktards are too interested in money than saving the planet. That hoogerland is a real hero. not only did he manage to finnish, but he was so forgiving when talking about them idiots in the car. And it was so sad when he was crying at the end. Hoogerland to win!!!! It's incredable the amount of people that have been put out due to crashes this year, and they all seem to be good condenters aswell for something or other. it kind of takes away from the tour a bit and It's all very odd.

I'm sorry but it is a race. You're fighting against everyone else to win and there is so many crashes you can't expect the peleton to just stop when lots of people crash, it woud just be silly. On a side note, i think people should just get banned for life for doping. that would stamp it out. They obviously dont love the sport, so why should they be aloud to continue after like 2 years.

watched mammuth last night. It was excellent. gerrard really is a phenomenal actor, the very best. I dont think i could name another famous actor like him that would go and do something so wierd. It was like some people were gonna make a low budget film and phoned him for a laugh but then coudnt believe there luck when he accepted. I thouroughly reccomend it 9/10

was at the edinburgh film festival over the weekend and saw 3 films. Senna. Really good film. what a hero. 8/10 Pefect sense. Utter shite. The acting was alright but the content and plot was bullshit. It felt like walking out of church (the shit message being reach out to each other). typicall bbc brainwashing shit. 4/10 king of the devils island. brilliant norwegian film, and very sad, also heart warming the way they all fought against the guards. 9/10

When im older id love to do like a tour of europe, going through all these middle countries that you neverreally hea of and then up through germany, holland , and then back. I'd also like to do a cycle right the way across scandanavia.

Read the first LORG but when I read the second one there were long stretches in which absolutely nothing happened abd u just couldn't Finnish as it was so dull sometimes.that was when I was like 12 though. Will read it again soon from scratch. Last one I read thOugh was wind in the willows and I thouroughly enjoyed it. 7.5/10. Now reading the hills were peaceful together or something like that. Jamaican book. Good

bird starring forest whittatker. whittaker made it worthwhile but otherwise it was overlong and tedious. You didn't get a feel that it parker was the best in the world. It was a pretty worthless film really and woudn't reccomend it too anyone. 4/10

down and out in paris and london - george orwell brilliant orwell again. Not his best but still very good.
