  1. That's a fair point. You'd like to think that most people would stand against those running our league selling it, and those who care about it, out for a pittance, regardless of thrilling domestic 7/8 goal thrillers. ETA - I've not seen the Keating's incident so can't comment really.
  2. You say this like eye bleeding 0-0 draws in the SPFL Premiership are a common occurrence......
  3. Can't the SPFL just knock back the TV solidarity payment from UEFA in order to show domestic games? How much is the payment worth btw?
  4. If the Commentator is as good as you say he is and has any sense he'll use Sportsound as a stepping stone to bigger and better things instead of working with a bunch of clowns at a run down circus. What is the commentators name btw?
  5. I worked on constructing the Science Park car park. I remember the client delightfully telling everyone that the tower will be the only constantly rotating structure in Europe. A few years later when going up the tower I asked why it wasn't rotating......"it's only rotated for the direction of the wind" was the employees reply. Somebody made an expensive mistake was my response.
  6. I think I'd prefer to buy from the Butcher or fish mongers regardless tbh.
  7. I still have mine* in my Mum and Dad's attic. *It was actually my mates but I borrowed it for some reason.
  8. It's a bit of a double edged sword really. Ideally everyone should use local butchers, greengrocers and fish mongers but they can't compete with the supermarket chains on price, hence they are disappearing from our High streets. It's a pity as the quality of product tends to be far better. By all accounts using supermarkets for tinned or boxed non perishable goods makes sense though. Online shopping is gutting the rest of the majority of City High Streets due to its convenience. Certain retail chains have picked up on this, ie Woolworths, as they shut their shops, centralised their warehouses and moved everything online. People still tend to go clothes shopping but would rather make a day of it in Edinburgh or Glasgow than Perth, Falkirk etc.......hence the downward spiral.
  9. To think some folk say that Hearts raise their game for Celtic and lie down to Rangers*......
  10. I'm just disappointed that Beaton didn't score Kilmarnock's winner himself.
  11. Pigeonholing the demographic of P&B would be nigh on impossible without years of studeous research and analysis. Just listing the Poster categories would be a tough ask.... VLs, perverts, Alcoholics, insomniacs, bigots, serial killers, Da's, puddle drinkers, psychopaths, sociopaths, narcissists, drug users (various scales of usage), pseudo intellectuals, Communists, Fascists, Socialists, Centrists, Conservatives, Nationalists......this list is non exhaustive!
  12. What's that you say, @Cardinal Richelieu? *No chosen team. *Never posts about football. *Posts links. <<<Worried.
  13. The sooner Rangers* fans accept their Clubs/Companys place amongst the rest of the Diddies, the better.
  14. Keith Jackson couldn't score an exclusive even if he had a fucking time machine!
  15. That's a fair point given the subsequent regeneration of "filling the void" sentiment regarding the bankers, I do however think you're vastly underestimating this ability for mass murderers though. History is littered with dictators, despots and mass murderers.
  16. No you wouldn't. Who funded him to power then? Rockefeller's involvement was well documented and exposed when the wall came down and East Germany collapsed.
  17. You'd be better off killing the Wall St bankers that funded him....... Paul Walburg, Prescott Bush, George Herbert Walker to name a few.....
  18. I'll take up your challenge next time I'm at my in-laws. They have a pizza oven in the garden. I'm already getting chemotherapy so how much worse could it be?! If it's shite, I'll be haunting your attic, shortarse!
