    Will he pass the "fit & proper person" test? I'd normally say yes due to the difficulty & expense for the SFA to prove otherwise but just look at Cellino/Leeds & the FA yesterday!

    These are highly experienced, trained & intelligent pilots we are talking about though....not saying they are infallible (see Air France crash)......but for all the proposed sequence of events to occur without any form of communication seems to defy logic.

    I read about that......am sure they said that the transponder & radio wouldn't likely be the first to be knocked out by a fire.........hence would you not report the electrical fire & suggest your proposed course of action. claim and counter claim I suppose......

    I understand about the 4 hour flying time/fuel range but I thought sudden decompression was discounted by some experienced pilot who stated that this was unlikely as oxygen would automatically be available? Still wouldn't explain the transponder being switched off.....

    why not report it first to alert people on the ground? BTW - I'm not suggesting some sort of conspiracy from under a tin foil hat!

    Something just not right with this.....why was the plane so far off course?! Why no mayday call? Why was the transponder switched off? Was the reports of passengers phones ringing out in the following days true? (Wouldn't happen if under water).......How could the last pilot communication state that everything was hunky dorey, en route & on time yet the plane goes down about 2000 miles away in the opposite direction?!

    I heard that too......"we deserve"! Nobody deserves the right for their Club to be successful......it's earned on the pitch. It was they way he went on to say "if the current Board can't find the extra investment necessary to fund the Club they should step aside"................step aside? they bought shares ffs! why not buy them out?!

    England's last home game at "old" Wembley was the 0-1 defeat to Germany in the 2002 WC Qualifier in about September 2000......am sure Hamman scored the winner. The Scotland game was Played in November 1999 I'm sure.
