  1. Peter Murrels embezzlement charge achieves nothing for the silly unionists, hardened Independence and SNP members such as me and my family only see this as a Westminster english sideshow which only reinforces our determination for Independence.

Historically this type of social, political and denigrated undermining of a country or peoples desires is a well colonial trodden path by the English political and colonial establishment, consider Ireland and the African/Malaysian/Indian countries where they spent millions attempting to military and politically destabilise any Independence movement.

Arbroath not exactly chuffed with Large Duncs comments.

Statement pretentious when it states that Ferguson’s remarks are "damaging to the Scottish game as a whole".

What fuckin nonsense and ironic in that while complaining over Ferguson’s remarks they in turn attempt to discredit him to Scottish football, petty and childish.

No doubt Ferguson was wrong in what he said but the Arbroath board should have acted above it and not copied it with a tit for tat.

  3. Reporting Scotland last night and the small section that BBC Scotland gets on Breakfast this morning full of anti Scottish Government reporting.

The BBC are no longer being diplomatic in their anti SNP propaganda but now going, as per westminster paymasters telling them, full tilt at our Government.

The sooner we are independent and rid of the BBC the better off our country will be.

So what was Mark Menzies actually doing? A very weird description of events, essentially insinuating he was kidnapped.

Coke or hookers that he hadn't paid for IMO.

Nothing surprises any more re tory MP's.

They know that the end of the line is soon approaching so it's every man for himself and f**k the women and children first shite.

  5. The club definitely has to stand by Roddy as he works through his present injury, he is young and a very promising talent who as he progresses may well be a much needed financial asset for the club.

Duncan Ferguson needs to work with players like Roddy and encourage his development, I think Ferguson has spent too much time in England where he thinks that Crewe Alexandra and the likes of Plymouth Argyle academies produce better youth players, he needs to focus on the youth in our own backyard.

Sure this will have been covered before, so apologies... but why were Sheridan and Welsh allowed to leave? You surely don't allow anyone to go to a direct relegation rival, even if you think they're hopeless. It's so hard to get any players in January that you're taking a seemingly needless chance that you're going to help out another team that could relegate you. Sheridan has played at a higher level his whole career and Welsh is a good player, it wasn't that unlikely that they'd both do a good job for QP for a few months.

Obviously if ICT stay up Ferguson can claim it was the right thing to do, but just seemed strange.

He has been a revelation.  Three goals and three assists since he joined us. And in most games he didn't play 90mins. Cheers Dunc!

A good win for us and it puts the noise over Sheridan and Welsh to bed.

You're replying to an Airdrie fan.

To be clear though, we'd be several points behind you without Welsh and Sheridan's contributions since they joined.

Aye a wee mistake there but anyways you got the gist of my post, and though Sheridan was an utter failure up here I'm sure he'll be going all out to score against us but I'm hopeful of a good Caley win.

    Where has this been reported?

Have a look at his extensive 'Register of Interests' then there is outside areas he does not need to declare, and has he done any lobbying quietly?

Then there was the possibility of a breach of MP's code when he failed to declare  £72,000 donation from a grammer school group.

Then there is a thing in Parliament where MP,s have received insider trading tips from donors, I'm not saying he has...............

Yes Welsh and Sheridan have pulled you out of the shit and now you sit at the top of the league, oh hold on, I got that very wrong another wee keek at the league shows you're one point ahead of us.

    And you're right Sheridan has played at an extremely high level and at his 16 career teams he's played at the following;

    Apoel

    Omonia

    Jagiellonia  Bialystok

    Wellington Phoenix

    Ironi Kiryat Shmona

You all seem to be overlooking the most vulnerable and vilified segment of the country. Fortunately, Jonathan took it on himself to highlight this dreadful issue, and recommend stern measures to  resolve it.

A Conservative MP has said anyone using the term “white privilege” should be reported to the government’s counter-terror programme, and that teachers who criticise the Conservative party should be sacked.

Jonathan Gullis told a fringe meeting during the party’s conference in Manchester last week that anyone using the phrase should be referred to the government’s Prevent programme, which is used to track potential terrorists.

According to a recording obtained by the Independent, he told activists: “The term white privilege – very quickly – is an extremist term, it should be reported to Prevent, because it is an extremist ideology.

“It’s racist to actually suggest everyone who’s white somehow is riddled with privilege.”

Gullis, who is a former member of the parliamentary education select committee, was speaking at an event organised by the Conservative Friends of Education group. He added: “I hope [using the term white privilege] will be reported, I hope that will be looked into, and any teacher who’s perpetuated it in the classroom ultimately should face a disciplinary hearing at the very least.”

The Prevent programme was set up in 2006 to stop people from becoming terrorists or supporting terrorism, and to clamp down on radicalisation.

During the same event, the 31-year-old MP said that teachers should be “sacked” if they criticise the Conservatives. He was elected to the Commons in 2019 for Stoke-on-Trent North.

“The other way we can stop the cancel culture is by actually saying to the woke left lecturers and the woke left teachers – who seem to be becoming more and more apparent – is that ultimately, what’s going to happen if you are going to push your ideology in the classroom there are going to be consequences for you,” he said.

“For some reason, if a Labour party member wants to stand up in front of the classroom and say how bad and evil the Tories are, then the headteacher has to take some kind of sympathetic view to that.

“It’s absolutely disgusting, we need to start sacking people who are pushing their political ideology.”

Gullis is an acknowledged idiot who is desperately trying to hold on to his seat, why? money.

Tory Gullis was elected in 2019, at the time he was a teacher living on his salary to maintain his partner and two children and pay the mortgage.

Gullis is now worth over £5.000,000, that's 5 million he has made in four years, work that fucker out.

Oh and the clown endorsed Liz Truss.

Makes you wonder why the journalist(s) that cover the club never point this kind of stuff out. I guess they are afraid of losing access to the players / manager.

I'm sure on Monday we'll have another "Former ICT player thinks ICT can avoid relegation if they win some games" type article in the P & J.

As I've said so many times over the years that football print journalists are freeloaders who unlike TV companies bring no financial benefit to clubs, so for their free entry teas and pies they print what suits the clubs, not the fans, most of which is polishing turds.

You may remember that when Rangers complained about the amount of free press passes being issued for each game they started putting a plan in place to charge for each pass, it was around £25, there was a hysterical response to this by the print press so it never took off.

Even at our level when you include photographers there's at the very least 12 freeloading.

Mans an idiot.  You can imagine he's tried the hard man approach in the dressing room and on the training ground but our players have seen through it and most are just desperate for the last game, a play off defeat probably, so they can get away and sign for someone else.

Then there's the twist in that however good the player is the loser tag sticks and a possible move elsewhere results in less favourable financial contracts kick in.

Players now facing that possibility need to give things a good hard think.

No team will willingly sign a player with the relegation/loser tag round his neck.

Unfortunately you fell victim to the Scottish Managers Merry go Round, a playground item containing managerial jobbers living on salaries from managing and gardening leave, it works for them.

    Then consider our situation!!!!!!!
