I played with him (and Gavin Main) at school. A real cut above the rest. Took us to national cup final single handedly. Can always remember being told about his dad going to a Coaching Course and all the candidates being asked about what they are trying to get out of it. Everyone was giving it the "want to help the community" etc and Andy's dad hits out with "I'm here to coach my son". Obviously been coached day in-day out and it really does show.

Looking forward to see what this year's T20 Blast holds. Going down to Durham next month for Durham vs Yorkshire.
