  1. Desperate stuff. perhaps you can explain why you lied about Stiglitz. Why did you lie about Salmond? Why did you invent a statement from Salmonds spokesman? Why did you invent the spokesman that said it? Do you have a compulsive nees to lie? How does your family and friends (friends...snigger) cope with it? Genuine question.
  2. So you admit you lied about all those things? Ok good. Dismissed.
  3. Sigh. It took you half a dozen posts to make your point. Why didnt you simply say as much in your first one? Yawn.
  4. Incorrect. I compared odds offered by THE SAME bookie in order to illustrate the ridiculousness of using bookies odds as a means of arguing either one side or the other. Again you need to revise your use of the word esoteric.
  5. Truly cringing for you. Every day you castigate yourself while others point and laugh. Still when you lie about Stiglitz advising the SNP pn Corp Tax, invent a story about Salmond googling a letter, create a complete falsehood about an SNP spokesman making a statement that was never made by a man that does not exist and then attempt to lie about YOUR OWN opinion that Osbourne is trusted by the Scottish electorae more than Sturgeon is then I supose you will jump on any little thing to deflect from your deceitfulness.
  6. I admit that I was not up to date. But that entirely misses the point. Points and logic not being your strong suit.
  7. Oops HBRuleBritannia (Yes... we all know it was you). http://www.politicshome.com/uk/article/92105/ladbrokes_scotland_1_100_to_enter_currency_union_50_1_not_to.htmly http://www1.politicalbetting.com/index.php/archives/2014/02/01/the-currency-question-just-got-harder-for-yes-this-week/ http://www.reddit.com/r/Scotland/comments/1wif3m/ladbrokes_scotland_1100_to_enter_currency_union/ It would appear that I was simply a little behind the times unlike you who is well known for lying.
  8. Ooops. Seem to have annoyed you. Instead of writing your pointless drivel you could have simply informed us that Ladbrokes are no longer offering the odds quoted. But no....you wanted to act all big and clever. Smug but pointless.
  9. Are you unable to use the internet? Why would you require me to provide you with a link when you appear to have such inside knowledge. Is it because you want to feel superior by pretending you know more about it than me? You are of course aware that my response was a tongue in cheek reply to a tongue in cheek response to another event which was being discussed....of course you are. Further to this you also realise that I was comparing both to show how pointless they were in proving neither one side nor the other, but then again you're pointless (adequately illustrated by your pointless, if somewhat self serving post) so I guess it makes sense for you to pass comment, and your not going to let a little thing like logic stand in the way of your self aggrandisement are you?On a side note but you may or may not be aware that the referendum will involve circa 6million people and in the last few days both it and the currency union have made UK, Scottish and in some instances Global headlines with all manner of people passing comment and all sorts of experts providing analysis and opinion so perhaps you dont fully understand the concept of esotericism. I can of course provide you a few philosophical links which will explain it, but I doubt your ego would allow a mere mortal like myself to provide you with assistance.
  10. Will the rUK enter a currency union with an Independent Scotland? No 50/1 Yes 1/100 from Ladbrokes. Still believe the bookies?
  11. So "just to be clear" (its a good phrase and one I nicked off Cameron; just the same way he nicked it off Blair) of the 24000+ votes that were cast not a single vote was in favour of supporting the NO campaign?? How is this even remotely possible? Didnt Cameron and Gideon kill the debate stone dead. Or to quote HB "torpedoed"
  12. So therefore you believe the polls will be close on the eve of the referendum?
  13. The polls are closing as we speak. Do.you expect this to change?
  14. Another word would be "clusterfuck"
  15. It seems to have went a bit Pete Tong. http://m.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-scotland-politics-26273556
  16. Currently UKIP are riding high in the opinion polls for the EU Elections. Ahead of the Tories and just behind Labour I think. Did UKIP not come second in a by election in England last week. There is no denying their rising popularity south of the border.
  17. Yes Im open to that possibiilty but the Tories seem awful concerned about them splitting their vote.
  18. Well I did say it was my opinion. Just saying.
  19. In my opinion I think what happens in the 2015 UK GE in the event of a NO vote will have a significant bearing on how the Scottish Parties approach the 2016 Scottish GE. I fully expect a NO vote followed by a Tory/UKIP victory will result in a re-evaluation of Devolution, primarily with the aim of preventing future referendums. If its very close then you could see an written constitution for the first time. Possibly a new Act of Union to "modernise" the UK. This would effectively remove the right to self determination. The phrase "No neverendum" will be used a lot. The SNP will, in this scenario, maintain a large support and probably majority Govt again, as they have now positioned themselves as the natural opponents of the "toxic" tories. If Labour win then there may be some amendements to the Scotland Act which will devolve pointless fidcal powers while adjusting the block grant. In this case Labour could make up ground on the SNP and the inevitable change in SNP leadership following NO could work against them. If the referendum delivers a resounding NO then the SNP will fragment and possibly we will see more than one Nationalist party at Holyrood elections. This will be a reactionary move and will ensure that Indy is off the agenda for at least a generation.
  20. Thats from the SSA survey. Taken a month or so before the launch of the white paper. Pretty outdated imo.
  21. And after two years of sustained pro unionist media bias.........it's not working. Cages are now rattled. BT will now begin to seriously up the rhetoric. Prepare to hear all manner of scare stories that will make everything thats went so far look like peanuts.
