    This sounds a bit like jam tomorrow for me with tomorrow never arriving. We play the same aimless turgid stuff we've been playing this calendar year except we don't have Dipo to pull us through games by the scruff of the neck. We need battlers and they are sadly lacking in this team. The ball is like a hot potato, nobody wants it.

    That's inevitable, which gives me the absolute fear. This is shaping up to be a long hard season. I'm not convinced we've got the players or manager for a relegation battle. No character.

    You two are doing it wrong. Bucky or Wattoo will be along shortly and I'm certain they will be able to find a real positive.

    Just to put things into perspective. Houston who is arguably a better right back than McAllister can't even get into the QoS team in League One. There are too many players who just aren't good enough in the starting 11. That's the stark reality of it.

    Genuine question, where do we go from here? I doubt Bullen is going anywhere at least for another 5 league games. I fear it could be too late by then. Bullen is a very limited manager but we shouldn't lose sight of the fact that the recruitment has been pretty shambolic this summer.

    This is fair. I think there is a player there. Especially with the system we are trying to play, he should be like a deep lying playmaker picking the ball up from the defense and playing passes to our front three. He's got a very good range of passing.

    Tbf Moneyball was all about data and analytics. Which is essentially what Glendinnings spreadsheet is doing. At least we've not gone full blown Falkirk under Hartley and solely bought duds from down south. It can always be worse...
