  1. Don't back doon, double doon. If that fails revert to whataboutery and deflection.
  2. I'll wait for the Police to conclude their investigation, thanks. Rather than contorting that the former FM had arranged to help Police with their enquiries. That is a truly wild take when the Police statement said she was arrested as a suspect.
  3. Me and Zern must live in very different worlds. That is some take...
  4. I think that classes as the second most stupid thing Keith Brown has said today. This is an absolute corker. He's an ex Justice Minister as well with such a poor grasp of the law.
  5. Bizarrely, I never watched the Practice. I'm not sure how well Boston Legal has aged as I've not watched it, in about 15 years! I'll get it on the re-watch list. Along with the Practice on the watch list.
  6. Remember the year that the ginger windbag fucked off on holiday and we didn't bother our arses doing anything when he was away? We now have Mathie & Glendinning working on targets so that scenario would no longer be an issue.
  7. Aye, it'll take more than that brain trust to bring down Nicola (I can't recollect and my catastrophically bald husbands resources are his) Sturgeon. Did I do it right?
  8. Brian Donohue was my first constituency MP. You may remember him from his tragic effort at a website. He was the very epitome of Labour privilege in Scotland and I was delighted when he lost his seat in 2015 (although he wasn't my MP by then). He is also a massive supporter of that club in Glasgow that died.
  9. Mate, the tweet from Police Scotland says arrested as a suspect. Posted below as a reminder...
  10. Wow, that's amateurish at best. Almost as bad as Colin Beattie being unable to press the submit button when declaring items to the electoral commission on their website. Is what Michelle Thomson describes what actually happened? If so, it does seem like a double standard is being applied here.
  11. Ditto. Ash and her tartan jackets can get in the sea. She's a non entity.
  12. The prearranged patter makes me laugh, it keeps getting used to take the edge of. Having to be interviewed by the police under caution is not something I've ever had to arrange. It's not something anyone would want to have to arrange tbf.
  13. I take it you were on the sherry last night?
  14. I went to the same secondary school as her (15 years later tbf) and would agree with you here. She comes from a similar background to lots of us and was an inspiration in that sense.
  15. Aye an utter bawbag. Did he not end up on the sex offenders register for sharing naked photos/videos without consent? A truly deplorable excuse for a human being.
  16. In that case that would be very Trumpian.
  17. Definitely not nothing to see here. I am always surprised by the sins people will turn a blind eye to because someone is on their side. Until they are not! Even if you believe based on what you have heard that criminality is a high bar to pass, like I do. There are still some pretty damning governance issues. The manner in which the party was run was morally wrong. The paying members were ignored and sidetracked. Anyone who chose to question was blacklisted. Committees weren't allowed to function. Those that did function had pro leadership persons co-opted onto them so the leadership maintained a majority. The constitution was routinely ignored and a castrophically bald man was allowed to do what he liked with party funds culminating in purchasing a fucking motorhome for £100k that has never turned a wheel. None of that suggests to me that these are the people you'd want running the country. Ultimately, NS was a good campaigner and great in front of the media. However, she was dreadful at policy and governing. She's left the cause and party in a worse state than when she inherited it. That was unimaginable a year ago. There also could be more to this wrt. criminality. As I said, I'm not sure there is but it's certainly not all fine. It's also not a yoon establishment/MI5 conspiracy. That's tin foil hat material. The wheels of justice are working as they aught to. Something we should all be happy about.
  18. I'm surprised she's willing to talk about a live investigation. By inference, could you say that she is saying Murrell and Beattie aren't innocent of any wrongdoing? Given NS opted to use the live investigation line when asked before she was lifted.
  19. That's fine if you want to lock your money away into your pension until you are 55 or 57 (as of 2028).
