  1. Because we couldn't keep KVV fit, if he had been, as DM said in a few pre match interviews, Vassell would have been sent for his operation and not have to struggle throu until the close season, sometimes requiring pain relief to be able to play.
  2. He still has no clue what was negotiated between the player and Killie.
  3. Did you just pluck numbers out the air? The only people who know how much McInroy was on is the player, his agent and Russ Richardson., other than them it's guesswork.
  4. No we didn'"t, Vassell has needed a groin op since before Xmas and couldn't train between matches and Stewart needed a hernia op. That left us with Cameron as cover should we suffer any further injuries.
  5. They didnae get tossed aside like an auld scud book by bucket n spade league defenders.
  6. Too small and lightweight for the top flight, he was never a Mcinnes type player. He did little of note when loaned to Edinburgh City, but feel free to gush over him.
  7. I hope he's as big a banter signing as Kennedy & Watkins were when Don's fans were lining up to tell us they were rotten. I doubt anyone could allow for KVV pulling a muscle, on not one but two occasions, warming up to be brought on. A disappointing loan but nobody get them right 100% of the time.
  8. But, but, a Dutch Professor of Economics has written a paper I must admit, I'm struggling to see the connection between his field of expertise and a field of plastic or grass, unless he penned his thoughts in a wee coffee shop while endulging in some of the natural product
  9. It"ll really depend on what Marley Watkins decides to do, stay here with us and his wife n baby in Brighton or move south to be closer by them.
  10. Bruce is obviously up for a laugh and a bit of banter, he'll fit in well with the current squad. No idea why but I have a good feeling about this signing, which, being a sceptical b*****d, is unlike me.
  11. Gary Mackay-Steven has committed his future to Kilmarnock as he has signed a new contract that will keep him here until 2025, pending approval. The tricky attacker has agreed to a new deal at Rugby Park, and his wealth of experience will prove vital in the build-up to our European matches.
  12. Donnelly & Polworth have won many Killie fans around. You won't find many with a bad word to say about either.
  13. I'm disappointed.... Surely worthy of a Steve McQueen > St Johnstone > Great Escape reference
  14. Well played, whoring out the old firm patter for deflection purposes It's also full of arseholes who want it handed to them on a plate while bringing hee haw to the table.
  15. And you don't sound jealous in the slightest. It's up to those currently in the Championship to improve and/or attract investment, not the top flight to roll over and reward failure by promoting a team who couldn't win a league, which, from recent experience, is a very poor standard.
  16. Having played the same number of games, that'll be the Belgian bum with a worse record than Beale then
  17. DM gets free reign at RP under Billy & Phyllis, he'd have to answer to Malky McKay at Hibs, he was never in the running for the job the minute they appointed a sporting director.
  18. With hindsight, probably a blessing in disguise, relegation allowed us to revamp the club top to bottom as things had to change and it's starting to pay off. So, Thank you.
  19. Great news about McInnes, well done Billy & Phyllis quashing any uncertainty about DM's future early doors
  20. No great surprises announced .... Departing upon completion of their contract: Jack Sanders, Kerr McInroy, Aaron Quigg, Steven Warnock. Returning to parent clubs: Will Dennis, Corrie Ndaba, Stuart Findlay, Tom Davies, James Balagizi, Kevin Van Veen. Still in discussion with the club: Liam Polworth, Marley Watkins, Gary Mackay-Steven, Greg Stewart, Innes Cameron, Kieran O’Hara.
