  1. [cue multiple posters pointing out the clearly obvious seamus.happykaunasday, supras alias'
  2. my missus had been talking to her cousin about the avengers film, her cousin was raving about it when she took her boys to see it, she didnt think it would be good but ended up really enjoying it So the missus asked if i had seen it or any of the separate films, io had seen iron man and that was it so i downloaded purchased both iron man, thor, incredible hulk and captain america films for us so far thats Captain America and Iron Man watched, i knew id like them a lot as they are my type of films but the missus absolutely loved them, so we have Iron Man 2, Thor and Incredible Hulk to watch before going to see The Avengers in the cinema These past few years the Comic Book films have really stepped up a notch or 2, long may it continue
  3. you better believe it mate, they simply do not want SKY to walk away, and will throw all morals out the window to keep them sweet
  4. they first of all need to vote the supposed 5 teams out of the SPL, something that i highly doubt they would do
  5. dunno, i thought the baby at the end played a sterling performance
  6. 80million over 5 years is the current TV deal, no other TV company can match that, clubs have budgeted for this money, hence why Motherwell are already stating the TV loss is considerable And ive been saying this for months now, if SKY and ESPN go sponsors for clubs will quickly think to negotiate their deals as the reduction in exposure wont be worth the money they are giving clubs
  7. a loss of 900k cannot be covered by fans simply buying more tickets and merchandise, i said right at the start that it would cost clubs nearly a million in one fell swoop and there wouldnt be time to recover
  8. Sporting integrity has long went out the window with the idea of simply putting us in division 1 (how they can do that i dont know) to keep SKY happy All the non OF fans that battered on about Sporting Integrity and how they wouldnt go back if the newco were put into the SPL, are they happy that both the SPL and seemingly the SFL are simply willing to bend and break whatever rules they have to keep SKY sweet Terrible day for football when less than 500k TV money can force clubs to lose all of their integrity
  9. 1: apparently for 6 weeks minimum aye lol 2: She got well skelped by the looks of things, off a bus i think lol 3: She grassed him to the police and nearly fucked up his relationship with his daughter Been a massively pretty shitey few weeks
  10. yeah they really dropped the ball there considering all of the realistic storylines they have running the now
  11. is it not got something to do with the floating charge Whyte has over the club if a newco is created does that not make him a secured creditor and therefore he'll get the first god knows how much, whereas in the CVA he isnt? surely HMRC wont want to give him a penny
  12. most likely because at the time of passing the punishment, the panel claimed that the crime rangers were found guilty of didnt warrant a punishment as harsh as expulsion So if the appeal panel then hand out a suspension/expulsion they are effectively handing out a punishment that they themselves have stated is too harsh for the crime committed
  13. sherlock holmes: a game of shadows very enjoyable film, RDJ and Law connect really well on screen, plot was pretty strong and not too confusing, and the special effects and settings are simply brilliant, really really good how they dress the film up to look 19th century It didnt have the same WOW effect as the first one though, simply because i didnt expect the first one to be as good as it was, this one sticks to what the first one did best, fight scenes, the way Holmes figures parts out and how everything comes together for him etc overall though 9/10 from me, definitely worth watching
  14. hopefully you werent gripping anything during it about to watch sherlock holmes 2, really enjoyed the first one so hopefully this goes along the same paths
  15. yes they were, it was their rules that were broken yes but the appeal was conducted by someone chosen by the SFA also was it not?
  16. the guy has a point though, its like allowing the victim to choose the judge in a court case an appeal panel should be the form of a neutral panel that is agreed by both parties,
  17. they are planning a prequel and a sequel what is the prequel, a film about them losing WW2 and somehoe fucking off to the moon 20 odd years before anyone else was even close, my god that sounds soooooooooooooooooooooo bad defo watching that lol
  18. i doubt it will be an administrators valuation of the assets, infact you might find that the creditors have the assets valued themselves, that would seem the prudent thing for them to do
  19. not sure, but with the CVA proposal now out to the creditors this is the CVA that has to be accepted it would seem
  20. nope Green's consortium would buy the assets and the proceeds from that go to the creditors hence why a CVA is worth more to the creditors
  21. nope its been said many times that one CVA offer is it, if its rejected then thats it, newco time
  22. Chief executive Stewart Regan added: "We have discussed the matter with Celtic Football Club and they accept that Neil Lennon was guilty of misconduct. "However, with regard to the timing of the suspension we must accept that if our rules cannot be enforced in a court of law then they cannot be imposed and it is foolish to waste money defending such a point. "We acknowledge that our rules do need updating and I have proposed to our board that we commission a complete re-write of the disciplinary procedures from a legal perspective to address this whole matter. "Whilst we have an obligation to ensure that our rules can be legally enforced, nevertheless it is important for the future of Scottish football that we do not allow our disciplinary procedures to be used as a costly legal playground. "We must ensure we can reach a happy balance where every decision is not subject to an appeal and football can self-govern without constant legal interventions." Stewart Regan said this April last year regarding Neil Lennon's over-lapping bans
  23. the panel made a c**t of it by simply creating a punishment that wasnt available to them, its not the rule rangers apparently broke that the club is contesting, it is the punishment that wasnt available to the panel that the club are contesting it would be like a player being found guilty of blatant diving and the panel giving them a 10 game ban, when there is nothing in the rules saying the panel can make this new punishment if the SFA and the appeal panel actually used a punishment available to them this wouldnt have went to court
