whats that got to do with sheffield wednesday fans being able to gain entry into the end without bother many many times, while liverpool fans couldnt manage it that day without causing a crush outside the ground i know the terracing was shite, i know the terracing was split into more pens, that has f**k all to do with the liverpool fans causing a crush OUTSIDE the ground before kick off

the ground coped fine with wednesdays promotion in 84 and subsequent home games in the division one

i know that incident, hence why i brought up about the ground being upgraded in 81 or 82, that incident was simply a segregation issue, the 81 incident happened inside the ground and only inside the ground the catalyst to the hillsborough disaster began outside the ground

and the reason the exit ate was opened was to relieve the crush happening from fans too impatient to get into the game, and too stupid to not add to the already dangerous problem happening at the turnstyle what the police did after the game was nothing short of disgraceful, sickening in fact, but there should never have been a reason to open the exit gate at 2.50pm to try and save lives outside the ground

but it didnt, how many games were played in the 80's in run down shiteholes with half arsed police that thought of you as trouble makers first and fans last not one disaster like this has happened elsewhere, whats the other factor here

even if the fans had tickets, surely to f**k common sense would make them go "holy f**k there is 500 people waiting to get in there" i'll find another way in or give it a few minutes" what we have to think is that wednesday had played many MANY home games that season with little or no trouble or crushing at turnstyles, and that the round had hosted 5 semi finals previously that decade after being upraded in 1981 or 1982 (cant mind the exact year)

the reason they went into a confined space was because there was a danger of people being killed outside the ground in the crush to get in the STV proramme about it the other night showed a couple of things, one was a survivor that said he heard that "there was another way in" when news of the exit being opened up to relieve pressure got round the fans The exit being opened was never a move to get fans access to the ground, it was simply to try and relieve pressure n the crush outside the ground one of the faults aimed at the match commander that day was that there was no stewards there to guide fans into the less full pens, yet when you see the CCTV footage there was no chance of a couple of stewards being able to do anything there nevermind guide the surging crowd into empty pens there was massive failings on both the police, stewarding and even the match officials who did not delay the game, but again nothing or very little is mentioned about the fact that Liverpool fans, and their lack of common sense in regards to pushing forward at an already dangerously full entrance area, were the catalyst that set in motion a series of f**k ups that led to the disaster

most likely because it had hosted 5 previously that decade, and had coped with Wednesdays promotion and fan increase that season remarkably well having read this thread, and a lot of other threads elsewhere regarding the disaster, i think a lot of the people are missing something, the catalyst to the whole event was a large amount of fans continually trying to get into the ground through a congested area, causing a crush outside the ground which was endangering lives it has never been explained or barely mentioned just how so many fans were allowed to, or indeed why they choose to go to an already crowded entrance point to the stadium

rodgers will do well for them, he is correct regarding their bloated and overpaid playing squad being trimmed, he badly needs a proven goalscorer as liverpool will create chances

feel sorry for rodgers, he needs a decent sized budget and 3 transfer windows to shift the dross and bring in his own team Will he get it from the grief merchants however is another thing

liverpool are very unlucky to not have won yesterday, again their defence was the reason for their loss of goals Rodgers will do fine though, which im happy to see as his teams football last season was great to watch (i dont support any enlish side, i just enjoy watching the good footballing teams)

brilliant, the liverpool defence get away with it because reina is actually a brilliant keeper, and that the strikers are so fucking terrible in front of goal, it takes the bad press away from the backline

my wee boys netbook had this problem mate, i removed the keys, cleaned it etc and put them back on properly going by the video's on youtube etc still nothing, i would take it into the shop as its clearly something underneath that i cant get access to but it isnt worth the money as the netbook is quite old Probably need to take it to a shop mate, has it had any bangs to it etc?

need a techy help I had previously installed C&C red alert 2, and for some reason the video's wouldnt work, but with the ame playing correctly i never bothered Having recently "obtained" a copy of Yuri's revenge i installed that, it worked but the mission briefings were muddled up, and for some reason after that my red alert 2 wouldnt work So i completely removed all yuri's revenge and all red alert 2, and re installed red alert 2 Now for some reason all the videos work and the ame plays correctly, but the version is 1.0 and when i go to patch it to 1.006 the patch says it was successful but it doesnt take, the game still says its version 1 when i originally installed it (before yuri's revenge installation) i was able to patch it no bother, all you had to do was double click the patch .exe and it autoran Now however it simply doesnt happen, ive tried googling but there's no information at all, anyone got any ideas?

and what if we are "promoted" more than 1 division, as im sure dundee didnt resign from the SFL 2 years ago in the hope they made it to the SPL
