As far as I know (or the last i knew of) Ben Gordon is at Alloa and doing well, Martin McNiff is on loan at Annan with Chapman, Ryan McStay is at Ayr, Derek Carcary is at Brechin and just recently signed a new contract, and Paul Nugent doesn't play anymore.

Can you incorporate any sort of exercise (cardio or resistance) into a 'tabata workout', or are there specific ones you would use as part of tabata?

Just finished a good wee run there. Managed 6.65km in just over 35 minutes. Not going to have any athletes quaking in their running shoes quite yet, but it's a big improvement and I'm starting to get back to the level I managed to get to last summer.

The massive bias shown by the commentators in the Arsenal vs Bayern Munich game. They've given Bayern a few throw-away compliments in the first half, but stopped way short of saying how out-of-their-depth Arsenal are and how big the gulf in quality is. They've fallen over themselves 'hoping something good happens', being completely blinkered to the fact that it already has. They (along with everyone else) have seen a superb away performance in Europe where the visiting side have been clinical, organised, quick and ruthless. But that can't be the case. This is Arsenal, and they're an ENGLISH side, don't you know. Rant over.

I haven't seen Skyfall yet actually, but while it's Daniel Craig as Bond, it won't feel like a real Bond, for me. He doesn't have the same charm or class as the likes of Moore, Brosnan or of course, Connery for the role as far as I'm concerned.

Seemingly Murray is confident of concluding a loan deal for a defender to plug the Andy Graham sized hole in our defence.

Sounds pretty positive. Happy with the signing and hope he can do a job for us.

We've signed ex-Dunfermline midfielder Nick Phinn, and it's reported on the official site. From what little I know of him, he's a decent player, and perhaps in the immediate short-term, it's a good signing in that it's another body added to our largely depleted squad for tomorrow's game. I don't know where in midfield he plays (left seems to stick in my mind), but he's another option there hopefully, in the absence of McDougall and Turner.

What's the best way to go about seeing if you're due compensation for mis-sold PPI? I only really know the name, address and who the agreement is with. I'm not bothered about it taking a bit of time and effort, I just don't know where to start (I've already been on Martin Lewis' website, so apart from there) and don't want to be charged for investigating (if that's possible?).
